Fabulous selection of everything you need for your party.they even have a huge inflatable mylar balloons that are delivered right to your home if you request it. Very cramped area. Very hard to social distance.with such a huge store they should have a bigger check out area.

I order balloon that was never delivered to my grand daughter birthday I had to go to store and was giving new order

Checked online to see if a balloon was available, was told yes, then called the store to confirm, was told yes. Store called me back to tell me they made a mistake, and can cancel my order. Asked if they could put a balloon on hold at another location. Was told no at which I responded this is ridiculous. Had them cancel, but got hung up on. Poor communication, poor hospitality.

It was awful. My cashier was trying to be as helpful as possible. I originally intended on utilizing curbside pickup the time was not efficient. I decided to take my chances and go into the store I was near to pick up items. I asked about honoring the same sell prices for online. my cashier was willing but needed to get manager approval. The manager immediately discouraged it said no thats ONLY online. As a result I did not buy all items as I intended. She had a nasty disposition and was not willing to understand my task. In the future w/all and everything going on in this pandemic people need to relax more and practice better customer service skills which most customers thrive off of like myself. Also prices online, especially if a customer is aware, should be honored. Reminder for myself NEVER to go to Stamford Party City. I should have just waited to go to my local Orange store where customer service matters and staff is very friendly. Forget convenience!

Showed up early this morning with a last minute request to inflate helium balloons i had bought on line. They dropped everything and went to work on my order! Service was excellent and I will definitely be a return customer!

With Covid-19 going on and all. I’m so happy with the customer service and hard work this store employees are doing. I go there often to pick up party supplies or balloons.. they answer all my questions and always help me out with what I need. They work hard and keep everything organized as much as they can. But most Customers have no respect and always make a mess or always go in with an attitude. Yesterday I saw a women get mad because they run out of graduation balloons. People need to understand. They just open and are adjusting like everybody... also everybody is back to having parties. So supplies will be limited. My advice start getting supplies early to make sure you have everything you need. Thank you to the stuff for always helping me.. My favorite store

No one picked up the phone for curbside. There was no staff waiting outside. I had to go inside to get my order and my order couldnt be found. I had to wait additional 35 minutes for my order to be fixed. However, the staff was nice and accommodating.

Great store for any holiday ... amazing selection of Holloween items a few weeks ago. Now onto Thanksgiving and Xmas. Assortment of items is almost too much. Pricing is competitive.

Smaller store, not a lot of selection, but helpful and well maintained

Id pretty much give it 5 stars if the parking lot wasnt so hectic. They have a large space, great selection of cheap costumes, wigs, make-up, etc. They also have all types of cups, plates, eating utensils, & whatever else you could possibly want for hosting a party. They accept orders for helium-filled balloons as well. Unsure if they rent out tables & chairs; we typically handle that ourselves. Since the parking lot is so full most of the time, consider having someone go with you in order to help you get things back to your car.

Really bad experience. The guy that attended us named Danny was completely impolite and rude. We were waiting to be served and he instead of getting to us and ask us what we needed, just went to one of his coworkers and said “what are these waiting for?”, and laughed on a disrespectful way. I am really sorry that such a big company hires people with no experience on customer service nor education.

They were stocked on the bags I needed after going to 3 other stores...Ill be back thanks Party City

Large store with many options for your party. If you are getting balloons you will have to wait a bit. Parking is busy but can always find spot in the parking lot.

I ordered a bunch of balloons for a balloon release get together, had a friend pick them up and they gave her a the wrong order, i did not have enough time to go back to pick up my order !! and when i called i was put on hold and no one picked up, i called 4 times !!!called the store next day to speak to store manager and was told they will not be in until 1pm, staff is rude and lost always talking and not paying attention or on there cell phones

Latex helium balloons were flat 16 hours later. I called party city, and they tell me the balloons only last 6-8 hours. No one told me this. I was disappointed.
