Supercilious unfriendly sales help. I wouldnt spend a dollar at this snobby Outlet. And Im already telling everyone I know what an unpleasant experience I had here. No attempt to understand my requirements or to give me an overview of what services and products were available. What good is a beautiful showroom if your sales help is stuck up and unresponsive to customer needs?

Annoying — it’s a showroom with a lot of space and room and they carry on about having a dog and having to check with other customers and pet allergic employees. First ridiculous response I’ve ever had to having a dog with me while visiting a home showroom. Won’t be placing any of my multi-family or residential projects with these guys ever again. Done.

The best customer service anywhere! Best will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. I did a very big renovation and as expected there were issues. Unlike other suppliers Best resolved the problems quickly, and made sure I was 100% pleased with the result. I highly recommend this company, especially for their responsive and professional sales and customer service organization.
