Best customer service! The manager of this location is so helpful and knowledgeable. I always come in with complicated questions and she always knows exactly what to do. Everyone else that works there has great customer service but the manager as extensive hair and skin knowledge.

I love Cosmo Prof but their supplies are low and have been for a while. I understand the issues and it might be a while 🤔

5 stars isn’t enough! Krystal is awesome she’s always very accommodating and helpful every time I come in plus she’s knowledgeable about products they carry and then some. Store hours are good and prices are affordable!

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have to say sales associate was extremely rude to me and my friend. We came to store 5 minutes before closing and sales associate said: We are closing at 4 PM you only have 5 minutes. I wasnt aware of store hours however I am customer I should be able to pick up product I want regardless of store hours since I came before closing. I was rushed. This was my first time in this location. I couldnt find a product and sales associate wasnt helpful at all, she said they are closing and I have to go. Finally my friend found right color. We tried to check out and the girl said she doesnt accept cash because she closed register. She didnt ask for any other form of payment and she stared at my blindly. I felt almost intimidated by her and another sales associate who was in the store said: Maybe next time you should check store hours...I was speechless. I have never been in any store anywhere in the world where I was treated so poorly without respect and almost yell at. I have receipt from this transaction. I will make sure to contact better business bureau about this franchise location. Me and my friend should get apologies from unprofessional sales associates. In challenging economy people should be more grateful about having a job and not attacking customers if they are unhappy about position they have.

Katherine and the girls are super helpful, they always offer to help when I come in to get my hair supplies.
