This shop has been consistently excellent. They are knowledgeable, honest, very easy to work with and have been helpful and timely with all repairs/servicing. Julies communication has also been superb. I am happy to make the long commute to continue working with them.

Pacific is a regional mecca for everything triathlon/cycling. Julie, Lori & Juan have been big helps over the years with product help, fitting and equipment insights. There is nothing like it for much of the region. My most recent visit was simply to mount new XLab seat cage, new tires/tune gearing in advance of 70.3 race but Juan quickly noticed/swapped out chain, adjusted brakes, notified me of worn bearings on wheels and had insights/advice for upcoming race as hed completed several times which was invaluable. I brought in my gravel bike which had trouble with rear wheel removal - he immediately noticed the rear derailleur had been installed incorrectly (another retailer) - then compared notes on regional gravel routes. Cycling/triathlon is a technical sport and finding folks with deep experience is invaluable.

Ive been here 2 times now. First to fix a flat, 2nd to get myself new Shimano Pedals. Both times were quick and easy. I always love to support local shops and this place is my go-to for anything bike related.

Cool place to hang out!! I would go there again. The only downside is they have two big tables and you wouldnt get like a separate table.

I wrote to your company back in November of 2020 about a defective bike that I purchased that still hasn’t been addressed to this day, I’ve sent you guys everything that you asked for and it still hasn’t been corrected, my son got this bike for his birthday in September & it’s been broke since November. I was told the part would be in stock around April we in June now .I would appreciate it very much if we can get this problem taken care of immediately.. Or just give me my money back !!!

Had a great experience with this shop buying smart trainer. Julie responded to my email on the weekend and arranged a free in-store setup session for the trainer. Store staff was very professional and punctual. Overall had a very pleasant experience with the shop and would highly recommend them.

Once again the Pacific team comes through! I just had my Specialized S-Work Turbo Levo replaced with a brand new one, well after my warranty has ended. I have a weirdly-shaped body. Year or so before COVID started, Lori took my measurements, watched me pedal, and recommended me a bicycle 2 sizes smaller than I was riding. Its by far the most comfortable bicycle Ive ridden; it was an amazing and transformative experience; Im faster and more comfortable at the same time.Fast-forward to 2020 and 2021. We have COVID. Everything is terrible. Julie comes through with just about everything I need for bicycling. They either have it in stock, or they can get it for me almost immediately. Their mechanics are amazing as well. Super recommended.

This is a huge shout out to Kevin at Pacific Tri....which by the way is a shop full of good hearted people. He built my Colnago c64 and not only did a beautiful job, but made suggestions and generally took the build up a level. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for the blue chain!

Out of town visiting parents and my son’s bike got a flat. I emailed them that night and explained the situation, they told me to come in the next day. They had to order a new tube, which came the next day and within 48 hours of the original flat my 8yo could ride his bike again! Very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Amazing store. Lori is an expert at custom bike fitting. Julie has a staff with tremendous knowledge. They got me a great bike and accessories at a fair price, and have been super-helpful with continued support. There is no other place you should go if you’re in the market for a bike!

Did my best to try a new shop.Came to Pacific told me it would take a week to look at and into its 4 th week I go to the shop and the parts are still not there. When I was told they were in stock. Nothing has been done to the bike went there a total of 3 times Since I left the bike.5 days ago the part was arriving that day (according to the shop).When I called earlier in the day ( today) I was told that there were no parts Because of pandemic and I decided to stop by the shop and pick up my unserviced bike that sat there forever.I stopped by REI they had all the parts available for about half of the price and they till service it within the week.I had high hopes for Pacific.

Julie, is a wonderful supporter of our non profit and always extends herself to make sure our program is successful. I highly recommend Pacific cycles for all purchases and repairs. I recently purchased my first tri bike through Pacific Cycling and I could not be happier. I had a bike fitting with Lori, which was very helpful and thorough. She spent over two hours with me doing my fitting, and answering all of my questions. She had went through all of the bikes I was interested in, told me which ones would fit me best in the sizes I would need. Julie also made the purchase seamless, She made herself available for any questions I had about the bikes I was interested in. Julie and Lori also responded by email very quickly. I really cannot say enough about my purchase with the shop. Everybody involved in the experience was great. It is very tempting to purchase from online competitors, but nothing compares to the personable experience you get from a local bike shop. I highly recommend Pacific.

A bike shop you can trust. A few years ago I moved a few towns east so when my bike needed repair I tried a local shop in Darien, only to be told that my gears were shot and Id need to replace them at at cost of over $2,500. After quickly taking my bike home, I took it over to Pacific Cycling and had them look at it, hoping for a somewhat less costly solution. When I called they told me theyd fixed the bike for a whopping $20.57, thats right just over twenty dollars to fix it.Thanks to Pacific Im back riding. Whether youre thinking of a new bike or a need a bike mechanic you can trust, these are the folks to talk to.

10/10 experience with this shop. I had my bike fitted with Lori and I suggest it to anyone even thinking about the idea, its absolutely worth it. I had all sorts of pains before the fit but afterwards they were all gone. Lori was super helpful and responsive to all of my questions and is a wealth of knowledge. Any bike I get from now on, Ill have fitted with Lori. The attached coffee shop is delicious as well!

Great triathlon store. I had my first bike fit for a TT bike done by Lory. It was a great experience. She really took her time to get everything perfect and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying a used Cervelo bike P3 through the store. Lory dialed it in according to the numbers from the bike fit. I felt immediately home on the bike. Highly recommend.

This morning I got a flat tire outside of the bike shop about 45 minutes before they opened. Luckily someone was there and invited me inside, which is something most shops wont do. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The is the first time I can ever say Im lucky to get a flat since I found a great bike shop.

I recently traveled very far to have a proper bike fit analysis performed at Pacific. Lori was highly recommended to perform the fit, I learned a lot through the process, and could not be happier with the changes she incorporated to my bike positioning/setup. Had a bit of a bike emergency, a rear wheel badly out of flat. Not much cash on me either. The shop took care of me, and then some. Very nice building, a lot of great bikes, beautiful interior w exposed beams and a really sweet yellow lab! Definitely my new bike shop!!

To the wonderful group at Pacific,Thank you so much for taking such good care of my bike this past week. I had a bad crash a week ago and the bike wasnt in good shape. Julie was able to file a quick warranty claim with the manufacturer, which turned the parts around in less than 3 business days. In addition to having the entire bike repaired and serviced, Julie was so kind as to have the bike delivered to my home in New York City on a late Saturday evening -- just in time for my long Sunday ride. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and highly recommend anyone in the Tri State area to go meet Julie, Juan and Lori at Pacific. They not only put together the time trial bike of my dreams...they also brought it back to life :)

Pacific SBR is a great shop for the bike and triathlon community. The knowledge and friendly staff can help you with bikes, bike service, gear and training. Youll see them at many of the local races. Ive bought a bike and gear there, had my bikes serviced and theyve packed and shipped an old bike I sold on ebay. There isnt anything else like in the area.

I recently bought a bike from Pacific SBR after 2 days of cycling my lower back and trapezius were completely locked up. I was in agony. I called Pacific SBR Monday morning and Julie could not have been more helpful. She welcomed me to bring the bike immediately. Jason called me 15 minutes later and suggested that I have a customized fit. I returned the bike that Monday, had a customized fit and a week later got a new bike. Sean built my bike and was so great. Jason then spent 2 hours with me fitting my bike. He could not have been more patient or more helpful as I tried one position and then changed it, only to go back to the original position. It took about 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. I love my new bike, I went for a 3hr ride today and if I had time would have gone longer. Pacific SBR has a knowledgeable staff and amazing selection of bikes and tri gear. Being new to triathlons, I found it to be a great place for training information and classes. They take the time to get you fitted on your bike and even try on wet suits.My favorite class is the Computraining ride -- a computer resistance ride on your actual bike, indoors. Its a lot easier to stay with the pack over a 40 mile ride and you pick up great endurance tips and techniques along the way.

Hard to find words when you find the right store for your cycling and triathlon needs. Pacific Swim Bike Run is a place you need to check out. Some cycling stores feel like factory plants, just trying to get the next bike out the door, this is not the feeling you get at PSBR. I recently got into triathlons and the staff here is by far some of the best Ive ever interacted with. Everyone is extremely friendly and want to see you reach your goals. They are also genuinely excited for you to get involved in these sports from the start. If something goes wrong, theyll help you out with your gear and get you back to your training routine in no time. Personally I had health concerns that needed to be considered when becoming a triathlete. Jason and the PSBR staff were great in helping me out, giving me tips and its allowed me to take on my first 70.3 by the end of this summer. Go visit PSBR, you will be happy that you did.
