I paid about $400 for Lowa boots and really liked them for the first few months. I had a section on the toe of my boots tear with very little use. Lowa has no repair department, no ability to send repair supplies, and refuses to stand behind their products. Id expect that poor level of customer service from a discount retailer, but not from a premium boot brand. Definitely my last Lowa purchase.

Left them in the closet. Leakers. Treated them with the recommended treatment, still leak.
