I placed an order on 10/28 for a delivery on 10/30. The delivery was never made, and the only excuse I got was undeliverable. I find this hard to believe when they had the recipients phone number, unit number, and there is a package delivery table in the lobby. Do not ever use 1800 flowers or the edible arrangements in Stamford Connecticut.

Placed an order a few days ago on the 31st of Aug to be delivered on the 1st sep... my first issue was with the time of the dilivery the thing came at 8:00 in the night. And it was not the entire package. Called made my complaint was told it would be delivered the following day, still no dilivery. So I called again this morning for the 5th time only to be told that the store insist my package was delivered..I immediately requested a refund.. poor poor service and no one seems to hold these local stores accountable for the bad services they provide..if I had bought some flowers from the guy at the stop light I would be very much pleased but paying over a 100 dollars and still not satisfied. Completely ridiculous

The staff Jennifer and Andres were so helpful in assisting me choose a gift. They showed patience, attention to detail and superb customer service. Will definitely be shopping at this store again!

I received the sweetest gift from my daughter. The fruit is fresh, the chocolate is just right sweet to match the fruit. Love it, thank you to make my day!!!

Would be 5 stars if the price wasnt so high.. maybe its not expensive and Im the one with no money 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please do yourself a favor and not always believe negative reviews. I just called to place an order and the customer service I received was top notch!! I spoke to Asma and she was excellent ! I had some issues with my card and she was patient and kind and helpful, which is what you expect when dealing with any company. I am a satisfied customer!

I called in a order same day i needed it delivered same day. I dealt with Jennifer on the phone. She made it fast and simple. She went above amd beyond cause i made a mistake and gave them wrong delivery address. They attempted to deliver and foumd out it was wrong. Correct address was next town over. Jennifer still managed to get it there by 2:30pm same day. Excellent place to deal with.

Terrible delivery service

This place is horrible. Placed an order a week in advance for arrangements to be sent to my daughters for Valentines Day. They didnt get their arrangements until after 8 pm Valentines night. When I called the store the girl who answered the phone was absolutely no help and sounded like she was half dead. They are very unprofessional and obviously dont hire enough help on holidays so that deliveries are made at a reasonable hour. This is my last time going to this dump.

I went to the store recently and they offered me 2 samples of chocolate dipped fruit, which were delicious .

I wish there were negative stars to give this place for poor and rude service, THEY ONLY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE THE SYSTEM DOSENT ALLOW YOU TO GIVE THEM A ZERO!!! . The manager of this place is a horrible person, I have never come across such a rude person, she should be ashamed at herself . The owner of the place should wake up and replace her before its too late!!! Basically they delivered ROTTEN !!!! fruit and wouldnt properly replace it or give us a proper credit !!!! Too long of story to explain - JUST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!!

The orders I placed online were prepared properly and on time. However, the fruit salad sold in a small bowl is not as same quality as the fruit bouquet orders.

I wish I looked at this review from Consumer Alert before I placed my order. They are rude, they miscounted something on my order. Even though it was one item, customer service was RUDE. In my opinion, going above and beyond is what makes a company great. I dealt with both this store and called the call centers 800 number, and they both said theres nothing I could do, or tell my wife who I had the arrangement sent to stop her workday and bring it back so they can fix it. Truly pathetic. Will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Its not like they are cheap, all of their items are expensive, my order was over $80, for that I feel some respect is in order.

Wish they can do something about the customer service.
