This is a review of the BISTROT. Amazing experience from the welcoming staff to the coffee. Menù at 35 euros the best value ever with perfectly cooked gambas and fish of the day, a huge piece of excellent foie gras, creative combination for the magret, unusual tasty light desserts. Even the coffee was perfect. Decor and view just charming . The best culinary experience over the long weekend spent in the mt Ventoux area. Highly professional staff.

Small, unassuming restaurant with amazing food. The menu is comprised of seasonal ingredients lots of which are locally sourced. The food is some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere and if you are stopping through Vaiso-la-Romaine I would highly recommend making a reservation and stopping by to eat. You wont be disappointed.

Absolute contentment!Ive been fortunate enough to enjoy some excellent meals in the area but the meal I had this evening is beyond compare. From the mause bouche to the meal itself was one superb taste experience after another. The climax was the trilogy desert combination which was the best desert my son & I have ever enjoyed! At one point after we had been intensely luxerating over the taste sensations we both became aware that we hadnt spoken for quite some time as wed each been strategizing the order of which of these wonderful concoctions we were going to eat. It was truly an embarrassment of riches.

We zijn hier komen eten met 6. Menu aan 35€, lijkt duur voor een bistro maar was gastronomisch en superlekker. Heel fijn voorgerecht, heel lekkere vis als hoofdgerecht en dan een dessert om vingers en duimen af te lekken. Ook het kindermenu was out of the box. Wij komen terug 👍👍

Salle glaciale en automne, les clients ont mangé avec leur manteau. Des radiateurs ont été installés en urgence à la demande générale de la clientèle, mais complètement inefficaces vu la superficie de la salle. Nous avons passé un moment assez désagréable donc et nous en gardons un mauvais souvenir malheureusement.

We went to the panoramic bistro and received (and our puppy) a warm welcome. A bowl of water was even offered to us. In addition, the meal was excellent, without any false notes, the flavors were subtle and very well combined. The cooking of the dishes was also very well mastered. I have rarely eaten such a well cooked fish! In summary we had a great time and I put 5 stars for both the food and the service. If I get the chance I would definitely come back. Thank you !

We stayed for two nights in “les chambres” inc. breakfast. Recommended up to and including. Very welcoming and beautifully situated - in the old part of Vaison (with free parking in front of the door) and with a view over the whole region. In addition, we have also booked an evening in the Bistro - just next door - definitely combine both. Next time we will come back and venture to the Resto ☺️ just opposite. On arrival and during the stay we were welcomed by Cathy - making the whole experience complete. We will definitely be back ❤️
