Ive already recommended this location to my daughter and son-in-law. Dr Sarah Lechanski is very thorough and goes the extra mile. She took the time to answer my questions and didnt make me feel rushed to end the exam. The equipment is updated and allows you to see both vision options at the same time instead of having to guess which is better 1 or 2

The Stamford LensCrafters is great.1) The Doctors Office: Everyone knows what theyre doing, can answer all of my questions, and I never have to wait past my appointment time. Ive been going there for a few years now and theyre by far the easiest, friendliest, and most helpful doctors office Ive been to.2) The Store: The people working for the store portion are friendly and helpful as well. Most of my friends go to LensCrafters to get their glasses regardless of who their eye doctors are.

I broke my eyeglasses and needed them for my profession over a long holiday weekend. They had them done in less than two hours and they were perfect. Everyone was extremely courteous & helpful.

They have a huge sign at their entrance that says: “get an eye exam, walk-ins welcome!” If you indeed walk in, however, the unfriendly employees will tell you to call and make an appointment.
