I always go to this Walgreens and the ladies are really nice. Yesterday i had a really bad experience, 2 men workers were so rude when I ask them for something, they didnt want to help me and they had a really bad attitude.

Check expiration date on everything you buy at this store. I bought baby probiotic and it has been expired 11 month ago. I haven’t checked at the store( assuming stores can’t sell expired products) and only noticed hours after I gave it to my kid that the product expired 11 month ago. Unacceptable and dangerous, I will never shop at this store again!!!!

Prescription called in by a trauma surgeon after surgery to take a painkiller ahead of nerve block wearing off to not be in excruciating pain. It took them over two hours to fill, multiple hang ups, combined 30 minutes on hold, and this began at 9am on a Wednesday not exactly crazy timing. Apparently, post surgery meds are low priority. Customer of Walgreens for 30+ years. CVS from now on.

They should open at 7 00. So I had an emergency, needed to get something. 7:07 they were closed... 7:10 they still closed. The lady was walking around inside. Didnt do anything.

Went to pick up pictures for a one day order and waited in the back for 15 minutes, whilst the phone rang non stop. I had to ask someone to send someone to the photo section before receiving service. Once someone came it was a quick transaction and I am satisfied with my purchase being that I made it and was able to use a coupon successfully on their website. I am patient but this wasn’t the best. Had a similar experience at the medication window last year, hence my one star.

Was treated very rudely at the pharmacy when I went to pick up medication today. Plus, even though I prepaid for one of the meds, their computer failed to recognize it, so I had to pay again. I just hope that they filled my prescription correctly.

If you want your passport picture taken with an android smartphone instead of a professional camera this is the place ! Unacceptable

The photo department is just horrible. Sometimes their system is down like today. You never find a representative at the photo section. They make you wait and wait for longer durations and it has been my repetitive experience of long wait time for no reason. 🙄😡

One day Pharmacy counter entertained me with my over the counter medicine purchases and another day they told me they are not going to take me even when they were not busy and there was no one in the queue for pick up. Person was rude and asked me to go to main counter

Terrible service. Asked a lady for help with the fedex service and she responded rudely saying that she works for only the hallmark aisle. She wouldnt even direct me to another employee in the building. Dont work in customer service if you cannot treat customers right and Im not surprised she is working a minimum wage job with that attitude.

Good for quick shopping visits and for all medicine needs.

Worst store I have ever seen. Pharmacy staff is rude to the point of belligerent. ROACHES on the wall and counter. Instead of saying good afternoon it is what do you want we are busy come back later. Absolutely no business or professional ethics. The store if filthy; the first thing you notice is nail polish stained on the counter and floor. It is the roaches that get you the most. Try cleaning.

Clean and easy to access. Covered parking is great and hours are perfect for the working crowd. Ill pick up Rx after work on my way home.

Never ever get your passport photos here. They are beyond horrible. They take your picture with a phone and then they photoshop it into a white background and charge $15. I have to retake my photos elsewhere, I cant have this disaster in my travel document.

Pharmacy is discussing, they dont put in medication in a timely manner. Ive had to come back 4 time, they lost it or claimed the doctor didnt call it in. When I spoke with the doctors office and they date and time log convo with the pharmacist Michelle Y at store 10310. When I went in person not the drive thru she was very nonchalant about dropping the ball on my childs medication.

The pharmacy service here is horrible, I needed help with one of my prescription and when I asked them, they ignore me completely walking away. I waited there for 5 minutes, one of the staff saw me and did like I was invisible. If you dont like your job at least try to find something that you are passionate about it! Work in a pharmacy is about helping people.

The pharmacy service here is deplorable. I have had to return 3, 4 even 5 separate times to have a single prescription filled. The staff does not effectively communicate if/when/why a prescription may be delayed. The pricing is constantly changing - sometimes GoodRX coupons work, sometimes they dont. I have had to wait on line upwards of 20 minutes, when I was the only person in the line.I have scripts filled here because my doctor has said the pricing (when not covered by my insurance) is cheaper, but it it not worth the hassle.

Extremely apathetic service. The whole staff seems horribly depressed to be there. Never returning.

Store is well stocked but the service is slow and bathroom is gross with no tissue the 2x I asked to use it.

Lets just say check the expiration date on your items I went twice and both time my items were out of date and of course I didnt purchase.Also staff rarely ask if you need any help.

So right off the bat, i want to say that the place is riddled with rats and mold. We saw rats hiding under the shelves and running pass us. The floor are either dirty as the skin surface of a bum or half-effort cleaned. The register counter were unkempt and employees were disorganized and some of them smelled too. Im surprised homeless people dont come and roost here often.On a final note, the stock is very low or sometimes in another area it doesnt belong. The food section is ok, thank god, because if they were dirty it would be disastrous for them. The good thing about this and CVS is that they the few who carry small watch batteries that can be hard to find. Do not recommend unless you want the return of the plague.

Lines arent very long here. Usually come here for quick items I dont want to get at a grocery store.

The Walgreens pharmacy on East Main Street in Stamford CT wait time is absolutely horrendous every single time you go. They are very friendly but incredibly understaffed. Whether its calling the pharmacy and waiting for 10 mins, waiting in long lines or getting stuck in the drive through line for 15 mins every single time without even being able to pull out. I am currently stuck behind someone in the drive thru and I can’t leave and I’ve been here for 10 mins. there has been one person in front of me and he has not even been spoken to besides to say to wait. This happens every single time I will no longer be using Walgreens. I call other Walgreens pharmacists if I have a question because the wait time is so long here. This is ridiculous.

Be ALERT!!! When billing, staff does not knw if the product is on sale or regular price, staff doesnt care if you are walsgreen member, does not give remaining change or either bill until asked. This happens to everyone. Horrible store!!!!

The people at the pharmacy themselves are dope but the pharmacy service is gaaaaarrrrbbaaaagggeeee.Tick tock people.

As today july 29/2016 was waiting for 3 prescription for around 1 hour and 10 mins until they call me because I was waiting at the pharmacy, to told me sorry we Dont have in stock!!
