I bought a cologne that didn’t smell even remotely close to the cologne sample that they had in the store. Chances are it was a fake. I would advise against buying from here as I cannot return the item.

They offer lots of options for perfumes and colognes at great prices compared to typical big box retail stores. Great place to get gifts.

Horrible management. My boyfriend bought my perfume there. When I opened it, I realized it had gone bad. The fragrance was very minimal and flat. Perfumes expire and more quickly if not stored properly. So we went back to exchange it. He had paid cash and didnt have the receipt. It was a week after he purchased. They keep a record of their customers and their purchases in their computer so it would be easy for them to look up. The asian manager Nana just flatly responded in broken english No receipt, no refunds, no exchanges Even though she could pull up proof of the purchase in the customer preferences info that they keep in their computers! She wouldnt work with us at all. Horrible customer service.Never again! Ill order online before I go back there.

I went to the mall in a happy mood to buy my Fiancé a cologne for his Birthday and to purchase a couple fragrances for myself. When I walked through the door, I noticed that Khadijah (a Indian lady seeming to be in her mid 60s) was the only person working.To make a long story short, I told her that I wanted to smell some fragrances and after my fifth request she gave me a mean look and said you are asking for too many perfumes to smell. You are not even doing it right, the smells you are requesting are all over the placeWithout giving me a chance to respond she dismissed me and walked away.I was quite offended at her remark because I was very patient and understanding of the fact that she was the only one on staff.I felt like she did not want to assist me because she treated other customers (of a different skin tone) with a jovial countenance.She sprayed over 10 samples for a Caucasian man who came in after me and she eagerly answered the many questions of a Caucasian woman regarding many different fragrances.So I do not understand why my polite sample requests received such an attack.I am grossly offended by the unfair and biased treatment I witnessed and received today.
