Had excellent experience with friendly sales staff who helped us order many Holiday gifts for delivery throughout the U.S.Could have done it on line but it was more fun in person. Staff had hot cider, hot chocolate and sample pumpkin cake to share with customers.Also nice to see actual items which we were purchasing rather than just selecting from photos on PC.

Love this store. Love the food products and sales. Nice place to go for gifts for people. I love their kitchen gloves. Simply the best. Ive purchased some nice French loose leaf teas.

*Incompetent customer service.*Unprofessional and poorly trained/poorly educated service staff.*Stock is a mystery to staff, and furthermore, for items they have heard of, uncertain as to stock status.*Inadequate understanding of clientele.*Prices do not reflect above mentioned inadequacies and much too high.One of the worst in-store shopping experiences.I most highly recommend you stay away from the Williams and Sonoma in the Mall in Stamford, CT.

Cool place. Too pricey though usually

People were rude, ignored me for the first 15 minutes or so I was there trying to get their attention. When I finally did get someone to help me, he took a personal call halfway through and started chatting with whomever it was, then had me wait for over 10 minutes (I kept track) while he went in the back and giftwrapped a single box
