The owner recommended a shoe size for my daughter and when the shoes didn’t fit she would not exchange the Jazz shoe for a larger size. I am shocked at a local business would not stand behind its prod and svcs. I went out of my way to shop local, spending more $ than I would if I bought on line and now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that are too small.
