Trash. Walked in and didnt get a greeting, after 20 minutes they approached me telling me if Im buying something and I said yes i was looking to, and they put me aside and basically told me I cant get a sizing on my finger because I cant purchase it. Meanwhile how would they know? I have money to purchase, why would I walk in if I didnt?

Customer experience went above and beyond! I went in trying to sell my engagement ring (not knowing I couldn’t at a large diamond retailer) and visibly upset about getting divorced. The sales woman came out from behind the glass cases and told me the story of her own divorce, gave me a hug, and said everything would get better. She also recommended a private jeweler to go to and I ended up selling it there. The interaction was only a few minutes, but it was a huge act of kindness that I really needed and will never forget.

Whenever I come into Kay Jewelers I always have a pleasant experience. The sales associate Andre is the best! Hes patient, considerate, caring, and really know what style of jewelry looks the best on people. Hes helped me over the years pick out amazing jewelry which I wear all the time and receive compliments. If youre in the market for some new nice style and well priced jewelry I highly recommend stopping into Kay Jewelers.

I had my visit at Kay. I purchased a bracelet and Cross from Celso! Outstanding customer service! He deserves flying colors! He is an asset to the company! He knows his stuff in jewelry! He is a great guy, give him a shot. I would spend more with the service I received. All jewelry stores should have the same customer service period.

Terrible customer service! The diamond in my wedding ring came out so I bring it in to be repaired. Mind you, it was not even a year old! 5 days after the first inspection the diamond fell out at work. Theyve told me the diamond would be covered under the warranty. The ring was sent out to be repaired almost a month ago. Ive called 5 times asking what the status of the ring was. Ive either got the our systems are down right now or NO response at all! Ive just now got off the phone with the manager and he said the ring would be ready by 11-27-17. Thats more than 2 months for repair... Outrageous. And the fact that no one could call me with the status of the ring, or keep me up to date- totally beyond me. Dont bother with this jewelers, its a total waste of time and just frustrating to deal with.

Benae Kuhn is an employee there, and her customer service was horrible. Be careful of her, she will try to rip you off and charge your credit card for higher amounts than discussed. Make sure to read anything that you have to sign. Benae Kuhn is not a good customer service associate.

The truth was that it was a pleasure to see you returned to the kay shop. Now you have the opportunity to meet the new manager of the store and it pleased me and my wife for the attention and service that she gave us when buying a ring new for my wife ... I recommend it is the best service I have received....thanks Selso

Im warning everyone to stay away from this company, in particular from Stamford Mall location.I wish I did my review research prior to the purchase because its the worst experience someone could ever have.My fiance purchased a ring with option to update and exchange ring because the one we originally picked for me wasnt available at that time. 3 months later the new manager, Benae Kuhn ( completely unprofessional ) had nerves to laugh in our face saying that the purchase was made with a former employee and that she would never have made an offer like the previous person.After several unsuccessful trials with a customer service corporate representative Alex Johnson, we have been left out with no reply to multiple calls and messages basically ignoring the entire issue.We are stuck with a ring that doesnt even fit properly. Additionally, the frustration that comes with the experience takes away from the special moment K Jewels advertises.Fortunately we have written papers upon the original deal and we will take the necessary action to resolve this issue, however, I am WARNING everyone who read this review to save your time, money and get the experience that you deserve to have !!!

My wife and I had one of the worst customer service experiences of our lives at this location. We had left a ring for repair that had a missing stone. After a month we returned to pick up the repaired ring except the ring was never repaired and the stone is still missing. Obviously, this was enough of a disappointment, but the way in which the manager acted after the fact was totally unacceptable. The original associate we were dealing with was remorseful and understood that an error was made and attempted to resolve it by exchanging the ring with an exact copy they had in stock at the store. He even went as far as to get the ring out of the cabinet and have my wife try the ring on. At that point he informed us that he needed a mangers approval to proceed, well that is where a bad experience got exponentially worse. The manager who became involved was Richard Bonilla II, who came over to inform us that he could not exchange the ring because it was still “repairable.” When we expressed our doubts and concerns since it was already supposed to be repaired, he informed us that only maybe 1 out of 100 repairs came back still broken and that basically we were just unlucky. Throughout our entire dealing with Mr. Bonilla he expressed the most condescending attitude and lack of remorse or understanding that an error had been made entirely on the part of Kay. After continuing to express our concerns he finally offered to make a call to see if they could exchange the ring, but unbelievably hung up the phone before ever speaking to someone. It appeared that Mr. Bonilla was unwilling to wait on hold to speak with someone that could resolve the situation and told us, I was going to call but they arent going to exchange the ring so we should just send it out again. The situation only got worse as he continued to deal with us in a condescending way that showed he had no remorse for their error or desire to actually resolve the situation. The fact that the sales associate had a better understanding of how to deal with customers and resolve issues than the manager speaks volumes of just how poorly this store is run. While bad customer service is all too common nowadays the way in which Richard Bonilla acted towards my wife and I, went above and beyond the scope of what any customer would consider acceptable.

Ive been a customer here for about 3 years now I originally was not a happy camper the manager never followed through on anything. He is no longer with the company, but the new manager is a peach and knows his stuff. So if you were turned off by the old manager please give the new 1 a chance because he really cares about his customers. Let me not leave Andre out he was my sales associate who went above and beyond
