Like other reviewers have mentioned after a brand new installation the doors are very hard to operate and in addition half of our glass windows are permanently fogged up. The door locks are not functioning and the door handle are scratching the frames. Our window installer reached to them but we haven’t heard back for months.Best to stay away from this manufacturer.

Our glass contractor strongly suggested we purchase from another company than Arcadia, but our architect insisted we use them. I sure wished I listened to the glass contractor. The doors are VERY hard to work. I was so upset with them, that the architect even brought out some expert on these products who ensured that the doors were installed properly but this is what is expected from this type of door. I would have rather spent a few more dollars with the company the glass contractor suggested and received new doors that actually worked like new. I am currently disputing the matter my architect because they pushed the Arcadia doors so strongly. They might look pretty...but looks arent everything. Very unhappy customer.
