The location in Stamford is easy to get to, with ample parking.5. While the prices are not big box store prices, the Gym Source sales are fantastic,, and you can often get what you want at prices competitive with, if not lower, than from other places. Plus, you get exceptional customer service and support.I highly recommend!

One of the best most knowledgeable equipment dealer. They stop, and take the time to address and make sure everyone is helped, even during busy hours. They do their best to accommodate different budgets and make sure you get the best equipment you can get with your budget. Equipment sold is all of the best, top of the line. It doesnt get better than their equipment sold. The level of service provided by the Gym Source staff goes above and beyond what is needed. The atmosphere is a relaxed and down to earth feel. You arent pressured into buying anything. Its nice to walk into a place and just be helped and guided, feeling free to leave without buying anything. They are an example of what customer service and sales should be.

My wife and I recently bought a treadmill from the Gym Source, and we had an extremely pleasant experience. Erik was very knowledgeable and spent about a half hour going through the various features and benefits with us. Delivery was very prompt as well. I have worked with Gym Source in Stamford many, many times over the years. I keep going back for several reasons. One, because of the manager Chad Ripley. He is just a great person to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and just not pushy at all. Two, they only carry top quality brands, and there is plenty to choose from. Three, their service is outstanding. Everything I have ordered has been delivered and assembled as promised, which I find to be a rarity these days.

Great quality machines, great staff especially Erik and Andrew. They even gave us a good deal.

My spouse and I purchased a weight system that we thought would be incredibly helpful for lifting. Come to find out, the system comes in ratios and we were never explained that. In short, if you were pulling 100lbs, you were actually only pulling 50. Are you kidding me? We called a week later to explain that we are lifting weights that seem too easy… after finding out what the issue was, they said Well, we told you that from the beginning. Um, NOT. All they cared about was making a sale, PERIOD. We subsequently went to Fitness Showroom where we were treated like a customer and not a commission check.
