I can not say enough positive things about Fence Factory. The quality of their service and product satisfaction is exceptional. A couple years after installation a problem developed and Fence Factory took care of the problem to our satisfaction.

I have consistently had the best experience with this team! Their products and variety are fantastic, but even more, their customer service is BEST IN CLASS! With weather and wear & tear over the years, you’d expect problems to persist, and they are always willing to come fix any issues when asked. They stand by their tremendous products and they are great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I called them out for an estimate and the guy was very unprofessional. He starts off about they do custom work for all the big wigs and dont really do residential. He started yelling for no reason about my neighbors yard and how they would have done a better job which was very embarrassing considering they where on their patio within ear shot. In fact the whole cul de sac heard him. I was very happy to escort him to his car.

I agree with many of the other Google reviews. Phil and James work hard to provide quality products and outstanding customer service. The gentlemen who installed the fences were equally outstanding. Without a doubt, we would use them again for other fencing projects.

Fence Factory provided professional and responsive customer service, offered more reasonable prices than local competitors, and executed a beautiful installation. Phil & James were extremely knowledgeable – they conveyed thorough explanations regarding fence materials, maintenance, costs, and installation and they effectively communicated any considerations for potential obstacles. They worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely fashion and I would recommend them to anyone.

Has great stock. Prices a little high. I got a quote and had someone over to take measurements and figure out my installation job. It required them to go back and adjust the quote because we were going to need less materials and had redesigned the project. I called to follow up and they completely dropped the ball.... never contacted me back. Never sent me a revised quote... they lost a sale from poor follow through

After shopping around on price and quality I ended up going with The Fence Factory. I appreciate the fact that I was dealing locally with the owners rather than out of town sub-contractors used by the big box stores. I called for a free estimate and Phil (co-owner) was able to come out within 2 business days. After measuring the property and showing me samples I ended up going with fencing that was in stock and on sale. The price was comparable to the big box outlets and I feel that the ActiveYard products are of better quality. Installation was delayed by one day but I was made aware of the change days in advance. James (other co-owner), Phil and their crew showed up on schedule and on time and confirmed all choices and what was to be done prior to starting work. The crew was left to work on their own for the remainder of the day. I made a decorative change mid project and Phil and James were very accommodating. On day 2, 2 crews showed up to get the job finished. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

We have used Fence Factory on 4 major jobs over the last 15 years. Their work is impeccable and they stand behind their products. They’ve innovated for us on some particularly unusual terrain, coping with stream beds, slopes and granite outcroppings. They are responsive to issues including getting quotes to us and in the case of damage to the fence (by others) making the repairs effectively and quickly.

We hired Fence Factory to complete the fencing in our backyard. They also installed gates on the side of the house. We have two small children and I love the peace mind I have knowing that our children can play freely in the yard. I met and worked with both Phil and James who are brothers and they could not have been nicer. In addition to the fence and gates, they also built and installed an outdoor shower in our backyard which has been an amazing addition. Overall, we have been very pleased with the work they have done. The quality, price and service are all worth five stars!

Trying to find a good fence contractor was a tough process. I am glad I found Fence Factory. Their materials are top-quality and their work is world-class. Also, the owners Phil and James are dedicated to customer service and bring personal attention to their projects.

Excellant product, service and installation. They also custom made an item for us for the bottom of the fence. Also when any caps fell off due to weather they happily replaced them. I would highly recommend.

We had an encompassing fence installed by the Fence Factory about 5 years ago at this point. Our goal was to create a safe environment for our now 4 and 6-year-old girls. The Fence Factory did an unbelievable job dealing with issues of hitting rock and roots as they cemented in every single fence post making our property and home a safe haven and increasing the value simultaneously. They went above and beyond recommending what fence with reinforced aluminum cross members for the 6-foot sections in our back yard bordering our neighbors to prevent cracking from wonderful items like soccer balls and such. The price difference for the recommended reinforced members was negligible for a significantly better product than you can obtain from ALL competitors.Last winter, there was a particularly heavy snow where the snow plow trucks in Norwalk were speeding at over 50 MPH to clear the streets. They blew so much ice and water with their passing that 18 feet down our driveway, they shattered one of the top beams of what I still consider our new fence. I was infuriated and the City of Norwalk refused to take any responsibility for the damage and dangerous activities of their drivers.For the past 8 months we have taped and tried to fix the damage but nothing worked, so I reached out to the Fence Factory finally to see how much getting a piece to replace on my own would cost versus having them do it for us. The owner, Jamie, jumped on the phone when he heard their receptionist fielding my call. This is where the magic began.He told me that he had received several requests for service based upon families visiting our house for various birthday parties for our kids and having seen the beautiful, safe, and secure environment the Fence Factory installation had provided for our children had, as a result, requested installations at their homes as well.Because of this business Jamie and the Fence Factory had procured through people seeing their work at our property, he offered to come to our house and replace the damaged piece for free. He came and went without us even seeing him and our fence is as good as new and we are not a penny poorer for the effort.If you don’t use the Fence Factory with Jaime and his crew to do your fence installation, you are making a terrible decision.
