Luis was the absolute best. He was very helpful in assisting me with a shower door. My bathroom looks amazing. The guys were on time and did a wonderful job. They also cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

Luis worked with me to replace a glass sliding doors shower. He spent almost an hour going over possibilities and answering all my questions. The next day he called with a price that perfectly fit in my ball park. Not only that, the job could be done relatively soon and would take about 2-3 hours to dismantle the old and install the new. On the day for installment, his 2 installers were right on time, wasted no time dismantling and installing and quickly tidying up the area. I would give them A+ rating which is just what the BBB also rates the company.

Had several screens & screen doors repaired. Work was done on time & looked good. I only met the owner once & I told him no one answered phones & place was closed at 3:20 instead of at 4:00 once. He said he had a problem employee that he had just let go. I didn’t have a problem reaching them after that.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The owner is seldom there and does not return phone calls. The workmanship is shoddy at best and when I brought back a mirror that was just replaced by them they tried to charge me DOUBLE of what I originally paid. My husband and I own a small business as well, and if we treated our customers like that and provided an inferior product like they do, we would be out of business. Do not use this business EVER!

I needed a new shower door and they were very nice, they gave me a good price and the man they sent to install the door was very friendly. Overall the service was great.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They never provided a guarantee or a statement describing the glass installed, never returned phone calls, promised to send guarantee but never did. Work was sloppy and too quick to be thorough.PROMISES NOT FULFILLED!

I was looking for shower door seal, was told by my building this place has it. Went there,the person said the owner is not in, leave the shower seal and they will call. Nobody calls, went back, was told owner not in. Called a few times, nobody calls back. Not sure how this place stays in business,they dont seem to call or care. If you need anything, please do not go there. You will surely be disappointed.

Awful business. Installed a shower and the sealing was leaking at the bottom. After 2 months of false promises and over 15 phone calls, no one showed up for the fix. No one picks up the phone or calls back. Very unprofessional. Stay away.

I hate to give a bad review, but they dont return phone calls or complete a job. I even stopped in to their store and they promised that they would complete the job two days later, well that never happened. Hope they get their act together.
