Was given a $100 gift card to use at the store. Their cashier claimed it wasnt legit and she took the card. I provided my contact info with a promise that the manager/owner would call to resolve the issue. Its been 6 months and no call. Dont buy their gift cards, scam!

Order a sandwich over the phone and was ready when I got there. Surprised by the generous size and portion and thankful for the contactless payment option. The sandwich was delicious and satisfying. A real gem of a food store!

Visiting Fratelli Market is like visiting Arthur Avenue! Their mozzarella is made daily and melts on your mouth. The variety of sandwiches and salads are delicious and they also have as variety of gluten free pastas and lasagna that are the best you can find!

Won’t be going back here again. Ordered an Italian combo and chicken cutlet sub with mozz. They used sliced deli mozz cheese and microwaved to heat. For the Italian sub, they used balsamic and not oil and vinegar. Incredibly disappointing.

Always tries to overcharge for take out subs. They round up the tax for example the $6 sub is $6.38 with tax, they want to charge $6.50. Just beware of up charging on tax. The food is delish!

Ive been going here for years. The sandwiches are great. They even have a selection of 5 dollar sandwiches, but premium sandwiches are worth it. Everyone here is very friendly too.

Everything here is great. As close as you can get to great Italian food without going to Italy. The in house made mozarella is terrific. In addition to Italian soups, paninis and heros, they have great selection of sauces and home made pasta for take home dinner.
