The communication to set up the appointment was easy. They send confirmation texts and emails. It was easy to get an appointment. The technician, Pedro, was in time.

The Air Solutions entire crew was great from start to finish. I had my entire 3 family house upgraded from electric window mounted AC, baseboard heat, and hot water to natural gas HVAC, air filtration, humidity control, and water heaters including a utility room to house the high efficiency furnaces and water heaters. The quality of the work is excellent and with their service plan they service it twice a year. My house is 100% more efficient, air tight, and the entire house stays at a constant temperature year round. If ever I need their service, its either same day for emergencies or next day for standard issues. Other family members use them as well and also their PROPANE services when natural gas is unavailable. I Highly recommend them.

We hired Air Solutions more than a year ago and we are extremely happy with their service. They replace air conditioning filters for free, which our previous company charged exorbitant prices for; twice a year they tune up and replace parts for the new season; and their workers are courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and able to explain how the system works. Their yearly contract is not expensive and well worth it. I couldnt be happier with them.

I called and asked for a simple diagnostic appointment to have someone look at why my son’s room isn’t getting warm. The gentlemen on the phone said no problem, we will be there later today and will call one hour before we arrive. I never received a phone call and no one showed up. I emailed them on their website and someone called me to say, “we tried to call you to explain that we wouldn’t make it.” Flat out lie. They never called. Will not get my business..

My 90 year old mother-in-law had a problem with her heating system. Had Air Solution come to fix my air conditioner and had the worst service. The employee had an attitude, was super rude and very unprofessional. He didn’t fix the problem and charged me a lot of money!!! They didn’t follow up as they said they will to find out why the system was leaking, the guy just put refrigerant charge a lot for it and that is! The problem still persist and I had to call another company to fix the problem and that’s what he should had done in first place!!! Find out what was the source of the problem.

I had a nonemergent problem with my AC. Technician was here the next day. Alex had been here before and was familiar with my system. Diagnosis of my problem was quick and Alex was very knowledgable and willing to explain what needed to be done. I highly recommend Air Solutions.

Showed up right on time; very complete winter check-up; polite and knowledgeable.

After providing a competitive quote, Air Solutions installed our new HVAC system in one day. (When it looked like it was too big a job to complete in a day, they sent 5 vans to get the job done by 5pm.) The next day, I noticed that some PVC piping shreds had been left in a hard-to-reach area of my basement. When I called, they were at my house within 30 minutes and went above and beyond, vacuuming my entire basement. I would definitely hire Air Solutions again and will certainly use them for my HVAC service and needs in the future.

I used Air Solutions from a recommendation in November 2018. I had my theromostat fixed to my heating/cooling. It was a minor repair which was a blown fuse. They gave me a quote of $159, however the total repair was $200. I was informed to contact them if I had any other problems. I contacted them again a few months later due to my cooling stystem to my theromostat not working. They informed me the price to just look at the problem would be $159 again. To overcharge a a customer for a minor repair, has got to be the worst treatment!! I will take my business to another reputable company that are fair and not rob there customers!!

These guys are crooks. They Did not provide an estimate and way overcharged us for a routine fix. I will report these criminals to the BBB. IF POSSIBLE AVOID THESE CROOKS!

Be careful with air solutions. They installed a new unit for us last year - now the upstairs air is not working and they dont want to repair or acknowledge the problem. Dont use them. They dont understand costumer service. Its all about taking money from you!
