1st time visit. Enter and see order counter. Has menu board. Turn right at order counter and find cozy dining room kind of dark but airy with window that needs new blinds. One person at the order counter was busy with another patron yet acknowledged us in a timely manner. We seated ourselves to a table in the middle of around 12 tables and booths along the walls. Person at counter came and took drink orders then a tiny bit later another person came and took our order. Do not be in a hurry here. Ordered the lasagna. Came with house salad and garlic bread....alot of garlic bread. The sauce and noodles of the lasagna was excellent...very hot and fresh. VERY reasonable price for what I had. Overall 5 star from me.
Nice hole in the wall feel. Coke machine mixed PERFECT.Breadsticks with cheese was biggest hit of the day.Slaughterhouse Five pizza was good, but an odd aftertaste, maybe Ginger or Nutmeg?Prices good, friendly service. Took a while to get food, so lunch break had to extend.

The staff have always been wonderful and I wanted to write a review to recognize these 2 staff members. Unfortunately I dont have their names.I placed a to go order on 10-16-21 around 10pm. The food turned out great as always. My fiance picked up the order and the staff made conversation while waiting for the food to be ready.They brought up that today was sweetest day and he didnt realize. They wrote on our to go box happy sweetest day and gave him a couple flowers to give to me.I have always loved Fairfield Pizza but this made me love them even more. Ill definitely have to add pictures the next time I order food but I never think about it before its gone
I think I have neglected to ever give a review for Fairfield pizza even though its been one of my favorite places in Fairfield or anywhere for that matter to frequent for years. It is the most consistently awesome place I have ever eaten. Their salads are the best around, hands down. The antipasta salad is to die for. Olives pepperoni salami onions tomatoes and so much more. All their salads are great. Fresh fresh fresh.Everything there is delicious! Their pasta dinners, great, their pizza, fantastic. The pepperoni doubler is decadent, you have to try it. Thanks for all the years if terrific meals and great service! Im so glad you have remained the same!
I ordered from here just today actually and when the food came I was shocked at the amount you get. It was a lot of food. I got my daughter the kids mac and cheese and she loved it. She ate the entire dish full. The food is fantastic!! It was just the right temperature and we all loved it! The delivery girl was also very nice and very polite. I will definitely be ordering from here again and letting people know..

The absolute worst service ever, From placing the order over the phone to the 1 1/2 hours it took to get my delivery! Called to check the status, pushed 2 for status and was placed on hold for yet another 10 minutes! Wouldn’t have ordered had Fairfield LaRosas. Not been closed! Never again, Not worth the wait or rude service ! Stay away from Papa Johns Fairfield 😡
We had their chicken bacon ranch and their Supreme Pizza both were excellent like crispy crust with a good crunch. The dining room was comfortable. Up near the counter it was extremely warm. Felt bad for the Cooks. Im guessing their ventilation fan must have broken but even with that they put out a really great pizza! Hats off to the crew!
Tried this place for the first time and it is a solid five stars! All in our family (including the picky eaters) were happy with the pizza, pasta, breadsticks, and fries. The quality and temperature of the food was perfect. I couldn’t believe how much food we got for the price. The staff was very pleasant and kind. We will definitely be back again and I’m confident that we will be thrilled with the food over and over again.

Thanks to Groupon, we enjoyed our first delicious experience at Fairfield Pizza. We were fortunate to have Faith as our server. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us well informed at every transition, although she was very busy. The house salads were amazing! They don’t cut corners on product quality or presentation. The pastas, pizza and appetizer were just fantastic. We had plenty of leftovers, which anyone on a budget can appreciate. They also offer delivery and a wide variety of beverages.
Great local place with great food. We ordered some family sized meals and an individual meal, and we were shocked at the amount of food we received. The family meals were easily 3x the size of a standard family meal from a chain place like Dominoes or Pizza Hut, and the individual meal was a good sized portion as well. It arrived in the expected time frame and hot.My only reasons for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the driver didnt follow the delivery request and the meats for the antipasto salad werent cut up, so we had to cut them up ourselves.All in all though? Money well spent and we will definitely order again!
Everything always arrives HOT and delicious!! And the portions are huge!! I get at least 2, sometimes 3 eats from a large dinner,Very much worth the wait time, usually in about 45 minutes
Its the bread. I mean the hoagie buns or garlic bread so yummy. I love all of the pizza and pasta dishes. Better than LaRosas and a better value. A large Greek salad is big enough to call it meal.

The food taste great, main issue Ive been having is the Toppings are never remembered correctly (this is about the 4th time Ive had this issue) When an order is placed over the phone for a delivery I have to call back because they do not deliver on estimated time nor remember the destination of the delivery. Its best to just pick up your order instead of waiting over an hour for your food to arrive. I suggest checking your pizza if you pick it up before you leave to ensure everything is correct.
I had a steak sandwich to go when I got there it was fresh and hot and ready to go and so was I a good time was had by all...

I order takeout wings tonight after a few failed attempts in the past, being on hold, being hung up on several times or the phone just ringing, and ordered some hot boneless wings. Upon arrival, I was informed that the boneless wings do not come in hot or any other flavor, only the regular wings and the boneless came with a side of hot sauce. I was confused because the menu states fresh wings. When I started to question the girl at the counter about what I was getting, a guy behind the pizza making counter told me I didnt have to get it if I didnt want it. After confirming I was basically getting chicken nuggets with a side of hot sauce, I politely declined and walkout. The pizza has been good but the attitude of dont have to get them has eliminated me as a customer forever.
The pizza was to be ready at 4 pm. I was there at 4 pm. I had to wait 10 minutes for the pizza to come out of the oven. This means the pizza came out of the oven at 4:10. There were a total of 5 people including me waiting on their orders. These other four people were not smiling. I was not smiling either. Two people were able to sit down on a bench. The other three of us were standing leaning up against the walls and the coolers while we were waiting for our orders. Yes the pizza was hot. However I did not find the pizza as tasty has the two other pizza places in my neighborhood. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste without any other ingredients. The pizza crust was extremely chewy and greasy. The cheese was plentiful and tasty. I would have liked it better if the pepperoni was more cooked and crisp.

I love their food but waiting on hold and they dont even come back to say, Fairfield Pizza can you hold and immediately place you on hold over and over again... Thats very aggravating, at least wait for an answer and you might discovered that we were put on hold 15 times and my poor mother finally gave up talking to an actual person when we discovered we could order online... Once we arrived, our order was still in the process of getting put together. Once most was ready to go, they used cardboard cartons and trays to provide ease in moving our order to my vehicle. When we paid, the dollar amount of the order was a little less than what the total online had shown. We asked if they had the full order and they said they had everything that was sent to them... Once I arrived back at my parents house, I discovered that we were missing my upick 4 ingredients pizza and an apple pizza. but our order was lacking two items between - we did have a big order - wings, pizza, calzones, salads, and several pasta dishes. I guess perhaps the order did not go all the way through? We had asked them to read off the list, but I guess they didnt hear us ask, not taking it as rude or anything because the phone was ringing the entire time I was there with my dad to pick our order up.We were celebrating one of my sisters birthday. Its something important to us, to celebrate each year that we all grow a little older and a little wiser. Especially when many of us havent been seeing each other as often due to the pandemic. So birthdays are extra special during these times.
First time Id ever been, had pizza salad fries, there were 4 of us and lacey was our waitress she was doing everything, only one working in the restaurant and the driver was out delivering,, she was amazing we told her take her time, phone ringing off the hook, geesh she should of had help, but as perfectly polite as she was, we will go back she only works weekends and thats when we will go thank you lacey it was all delicious

First time trying this place and all I can say is never again. First off the people are answering phones taking orders and counting money and going straight to making the pizza and touching the food with their bare hands! Never once was a hand washed! It was just germs everywhere! Not to mention the extremely long wait for the food everybody in there was complaining how unorganized the place was. They definitely don’t know what’s going on and had everybody’s order messed up! And of course by the time I get my food some parts of it was still cold and frozen!
The staff is always really nice and the food is amazing! We always come here when we come up for a Jungle Jims run and have never had a bad experience!

Only based on carryout. The steak sandwiches are really good, and the lasagna is a hit. Pizza is hit or miss. Four stars because weve had some issues getting the correct toppings on the pizza as ordered.

Been going here since it opened when I was a kid in 1978 as Milillos Pizza when they delivered pizza on a piece of flat cardboard wrapped in a plain white paper bag stapled closedTheres obviously a good reason why I still come here.
We have ordered delivery a few times and it was great so we decided to dine in. Horrible mistake. We had to ask for everything from silverware to sauce. We ordered a childs spaghetti for our 2 year old and it was brought out so hot it was steaming for over 20 minutes. The garlic bread was hard as a brick. We will stick to take out with this place.
First time trying Fairfield Pizza, and it didnt seem like much, just a hole in the wall really... except the pizza was the most beautiful creation Ive ever experienced. We ordered the XL Pepperoni Doubler. Ive tried many types of pizza in the past couple decades, and this one was divine. It will definitely go down as one of my new favorite diet-breaking cravings! The girls working were busy with orders, but they still offered good service. I found out they do catering and grabbed a catering menu as well for our next event. 😊

We enjoyed the chicken Alfredo and slaughterhouse 5 meat pizza. Theres so much meat on this pizza, be careful none falls off on the way to your mouth!
Food was very good. I was very disappointed that neither of the two workers were wearing masks. Employee packaged my food, checked me out and had mask under his chin. I want to support local businesses during COVID 19 but expect them to do their part by properly wearing a mask.

We have been coming here for over 30 years because enjoy it so much but today after spending over $35 dollars and the pizza came with half the topping slide to one side. When called the owner said it was our fault for having it delivered instead getting it ourselves since we requested extra sauce as always.

I come in with a man half masked sweating profusely. The dining is depressing. I was seated at a dirty table.I also couldnt help but notice a copious amount of bread sat in the middle of the kitchen. If the food wasn’t So delicious this place wouldn’t survive. The service is mediocre at best. They hardly ever have our order ready when they say they will. The last time I went I showed up later than requested because I anticipated they wouldn’t have it ready. When I walked in I waited about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me then they couldn’t find our order. The manager assured me he would do it right then and it would be ready in 6 minutes and he comped part of our meal. I appreciated his honesty, his hustle and the discount. However, we ordered two sandwiches and only once I got home did I discover one was made wrong. Tonight we ordered again and I requested a sausage and banana pepper pizza and garlic bread with marinara sauce. Get home... pepperoni and banana pepper and no marinara sauce. Fairfield pizza is seriously delicious but they have let me down so many times.
First time ordering Fairfield Pizza. Joey answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly, and patient. Her cousin who delivered the food was very nice. We had a large order and everything was delicious. We will definitely be ordering again and dining in soon!

You can bring your own bottle of wine or beer in to drink (no corking fee) just take out your empties to discard when you leave. Such a plus!!! The pizza is yummy -try the sausage and check for pizza deals on the sign outside (like large 1 topping for $10.99 ...etc). The place is SLOW BUT Everything is made FRESH! So expect to wait and dont complain, just enjoy yourself, sip on some wine while you wait OR call ahead. :) I like the cheese they use on the salads to. The pasta dinners like the lasagna is also good -get cheese on the bread! Dinner comes with an entire mini loaf and salad!!!! Worth it!
Sorry but sure I will ever return. Call my order in and was told 25 minutes for food. Got there before my 25 minutes pizza was out of the oven already. Should of know to look at pizza got home not 3 minutes and pizza is stone cold. Very disappointed. Should call and complain but thought I would just write a review.

I tried this pizza because a coworker said it was good . Said the wings was the best. They are a frozen brand, that you can get from GFS foods . Pizza was, well not so good . My children said where did u get this from. I tossed 30 dollars of pizza to the trash . A disappointed night for my pocket and children . Had more cheese than pizza. Im sorry guys, but Ill never return . Oh and the so called cheeses fries . Wow
I would give the food 3.5 stars, but the service gets one star. When we got there, we were the only ones in the place. Food wait time was average and the pizza and wings were both worth the price which is reasonable. Waitress was not social whatsoever and after getting our food we didnt see her again until I had to go up front and ask for a to go box with check. I recommend if you eat here, dont eat in and take it to go instead.

Very rude and judgey employee, when calling in a work lunch order he felt the need to comment on an order saying that’s a lot of food for one person in a condescending tone then left off a bread stick that was asked for instead of garlic bread (that is when he made the comment of it being to much food for one person ) this is not the first encounter with such rudeness from this restaurant, the employee seems to hate his job and the owner should probably ease this mans suffering, surely it couldn’t have been the owner with such a poor attitude and customer service

Had a slaughter house pizza, it was pretty good. Only one person on duty, the cook, he was cooking, serving, cleaning up and running the register. I would guess by his personality he was NOT HAPPY about having to do all of this! Good thing they were not busy (we were the only 2 people in the dining room, not sure what the carry out business was like). I would go back and try it again and hopefully they have taken down the help wanted sign & the cooks demenor will have improved by then! Thank you.
I traveled a little bit of a distance to get here. It was well worth it. The food was very good and the value for the amount of food you receive is excellent. the waitress knew it was my first time so she explained things. It did not take long at all to get our food. The waitress was very kind to my son. For them to be busy they did not let it affect their service time. I recommend this place for pizza if you would like to go and sit down or if you need one to go. The food is amazing.

Food was delicious and cooked as we asked. Staff is always friendly. Weve only eaten inside there a few times, but each time they automatically bring you a large drink (32 oz) unless you specify. Drink refills are free, so just order the regular size. Good prices on their food and decent serving sizes. (Check out Groupon for coupons as well.)

Normally this place is EXCELLENT. But tonight not so much. I was told 25 minutes on the phone to pickup 2 pizzas. I got there after 20 minutes and was told it would be any additional 10 minutes until it was done. 25 minutes later after I arrived, the pizzas still werent yet ready.The girl at the counter tried to make it up to me by not charging me for the second topping on each pizza. This turned out to be a good thing because the extra cheese wasnt very extra tonight.Like I said at the beginning, Fairfield Pizza is usually a great outta and a great experience. Just tonight they werent on their A game.
We arrived at 9:05 PM and intended to dine-in. However, the staff wasnt very friendly and didnt appear too happy we were there. When we indicated that we intended to dine-in, she QUICKLY told us the dining room was closed. The dining room was closed??? The store is open until 10 PM and the dining room is already closed just a few minutes after 9 PM. Also, I noticed there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the restaurant either at the time.So, I mentioned that wed just leave and drive a couple blocks down the street to Richards Pizza. When we arrived at Richards Pizza, we found the parking lot crowded with cars and the restaurant was full of people enjoying their dinners in the dining room. Its obvious why the dining room was closed at Fairfield Pizza and Pasta - all the customers were down the street enjoying their late dinners at Richards Pizza. And, we learned enough from this experience that we wont ever be returning to Fairfield Pizza and Pasta.

SLOW THE FRENCH DOWN, his actions remind me of the owners in the beginning part of the show Kitchen Nightmares! Communication is key. 😒Just going to hope the pizza is right. Won’t have time for a remake this time. But the rest of the staff are amazing. Very nice people.

This is our favorite pizza in this area. The blt pizza is delicious. Decent prices. Clean. I would give it a five star if they were friendlier. They always seem like they are having a bad day.
