Can we give 6 stars? We had an engine emergency at the outset of a long drive home. These guys diagnosed the problem and squeezed us into their tight schedule in light of our situation, including ordering the needed parts for immediate delivery. They were courteous, professional, understanding, quick, and took care of the problem. Can’t comment on the price, as we didn’t shop around. Highly recommended.

The owner is very knowledgeable, I have brought multiple vehicles for a multitude of issues and he always been fair and on top of the the issues. Highly recommend

Just had replaced the coil spring and tie rod end on my truck at another garage. I still needed to have an alignment done. Calling around everyone was two to three weeks out for an alignment. Nick at Thompson Automotive got me in on a Saturday (on his day off). Nick worked with my schedule, very fast and friendly. Easy to with with. Best alignment I had in a very long time. Ive owned a transportation business with my own full service Garage. I saw something this owner do that Nobody did in the past. I have a car that pulled to the right Hard kicking in the Turbo. This man did an All wheel alignment and replaced an Inner Tie Rod and Checked it TWICE! Most alignment people do Not do that! Secondly, The owner has a Great work ehtetic, and Told me if things were not right, bring it back! Seriously, he beat the Dealership price who diagnosed the problem. Really about 150.00$ This place is not about front ends and alignments. He does other work and its worth your time to check it out! Its good to see a young man who obviously knows what he is doing. This business is a great addition to Standish Maine! Thank you for taking the time to fix a marker light and you did Not charge me! Your a good business owner. Your going to have to expand...
