I have been happy to get what I need here instead of driving in to Windham; prices are only a few cents higher than Lowes for most products, and the customer service and layout here are excellent. Every employee I have interacted with is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bathroom renovations, drywall work, electrical supplies... they have almost everything here. When they dont have a product, they tell you the nearest store you can go to get it.Standish Hardware is a great little store, and you should give them your business.

Great supply of things, helpful, knowledge,and polite staff

Ive been a long time customer of Standish Hardware. The people are great. I do take issue with thier cavalier attitude regarding covid 19 and wearing a mask. No one wears a mask (except for ONE time I saw a woman employee wearing one) at Standish Hardware The mask is to protect their customers (not them). I see older folks with masks going in there all the time and I cringe.... Im 66 and I am concerned. As such I can no longer do business with them and Im upset. Its about time we spread the word to our friends and neighbors...

All around good place with just about everything you would need or didnt know you needed. My only gripe is they are a bit more pricey on some items than most of the local area hardware stores already marked up items. As a matter of proximity I will probably be by again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about his products. We ordered our chicks from him this year. Was helpful thru the process and has all the supplies to keep them feed and protected from the predators

This is a very small hardware store, but it comes with the convenience and friendly and knowledgeable help you would expect from a local store.

They have a decent selection, they refill argon, acetylene, propane too. Prices are a little high but the service makes up for it.

Quite an impressive little big hardware store. I travel the state doing installs and am constantly visiting local hardware stores for the last 5 years. I was really impressed with there selection of stuff. They had what I needed a certain size O ring that lowes and homedepot didnt have 1 1/8 diameter by 1/16 lowes and homedepot didnt have them by measurements, but by numbers
