Our furnace stopped working on a snowy February day. Alpha Heating came out and stayed into the evening trying to troubleshoot the issue. A part was needed so Gary came back the next day, replaced the computer controls for the furnace and had our heat back up and running! Wonderful work!

I was looking to replace my elderly oil boiler furnace with a propane gas boiler and to add a second zone to the upstairs of my 1850 cottage farm house. After doing a ton of research online so I knew basically what I needed, I got 3 bids for the job. Gary was the lowest bid but I was not looking for only the lowest cost. I wanted someone to sell me on all the different options and how they might go about the challenging task of putting pipes to the upstairs of such an old house. I also wanted the furnace moved to another location of the basement.Gary impressed me with his knowledge and problem solving attitude and I gave the job to him. He replaced the boiler with a Bosch Greenstar Gas-Fired Wall-Hung Combi 151. He built a small plywood wall to hang the unit on since there was only a field stone basement wall in that location. He hauled out the old furnace and oil tank, too. Couldnt be happier with the service and product. Gary is a perfectionist and insists on having everything be just right. He and his son make a great team.My old boiler sounded like there was a jet engine test lab in my basement. The new boiler is about as loud as the average refrigerator.

Earlier this summer I had a (propane) boiler & hot water heater installed by Alpha Heating. Not only was Alpha Heating far less expensive than their competitors, but their customer service is amazing. You can tell Gary truly takes pride in his work, so goes the extra mile for his customers. Switching to this new system is already paying for itself, as my electric bill & gas usage have decreased. I highly recommend the team at Alpha Heating!

Gary and his son are amazing! My boiler/furnace broke on the coldest day of the year. Other companies couldn’t be bothered to answer their phones. Gary not only answered, but he was here same day to help. He replaced the pump and filter quickly at an amazing price. I can’t thank him enough!

Our oil furnace was not heating our hot water to the point the shower was luke warm at best. Gary went over a few options and we decided to go with an electric hybrid hot water heat pump. Couldn’t be happier with the product, service, and information to make my decision.

Wow! So thankful for Gary and alpha heating! He came to the rescue when our heat went out. He also installed a separate thermostat in the upstairs of our house so we could control the heat in both levels of our house. I didnt even know that was possible. He came in and installed it very quickly and simply. Great work done. First class. High quality. Definitely going to use alpha heating for the future.

A superhero team! Our furnace stopped working right at the beginning of a cold snap and needed to be primed and restarted! Gary picked up the phone and was at our door in less time then he estimated. He fixed the issue and recommended further service after explaining what happened. He was not over the top or pushy in any way. Very reasonably priced.

We had an oil burner furnace with radiant heat. The efficiency was decreasing yearly and was told by our oil supplier that the burner furnace would need to be replaced. After receiving a high estimate from our oil supplier, checked with Alpha Heating. Alpha Heatings quote was considerable less.Alpha Heating installed a new propane furnace that is more efficient and quieter. They were professional and very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them.

Gary and his son Matthew are amazing. I was visiting my daughter in Early February and her oil pump went out, the fuel oil tank had sludge in the bottom and the boiler was starving for fuel. Gary made everything good, along with good advice and tremendous service I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gary and Alpha Heating. Gary called and kept in touch during a very busy cold day to let us know his estimated time of arrival. He made sure we were warm and comfortable and ok. I can also tell you that we called many companies and Gary is the only Heating Company that returned our call. He returned our call IMEDIATELY !!!If every business was operated in the manner Alpha Heating operates, the world would be a better place to live!

Gary and his son were super heros in getting our new furnace in the smalkest basement in Raymond. They did a great job for us and he continues to follow up to ensure all is going well. Definitely recommend him for any heating jobs!!
