The managers corrected their employees mistake. And helped me get the right parts I needed. Thank you guys for your knowledge and your help. Granted my car still isnt fixed but its out of my hands now. I will be coming back to get all my auto parts, tools, etc. Keep up the great work, management makes it a place to come back to.

It started off not great, I had to return the car part that was not for my car, anyhow..... The manager a young gentleman helped me with the return and gave me the correct part. He had great customer service. Im all for great customer service.

Went in today to get a KNN filter which was priced a little higher than Amazon and other competing auto parts asked for a price match and without question the manager approved it. This is the kind of customer service I like if you offer a price match take care of it not try to look for ways not to match it. I had to get a new battery for my BMW I didnt even know it was in the trunk haha. They couldnt have been nicer they just charged me for the battery took off the money for the core so I got wiper blades to which they put on and they put the battery in and showed me how to do it its very simple I am amazed they did not charge labor nothing. They were wonderful I would highly recommend going here for any needs

Autozone is always enjoyable to me. However, this particular store is smaller inside than it looks like, and I thought it would be. Because of that, I dont think there is as many options as the other autozones Ive been too. I have to add the service was still as good as any other of their locations. Always helpful

I called and spoke with Adolpho who was very nice and answered my questions. Several hours later I showed up at the AutoZone on Beach Bl, a little north of Chapman Ave, Garden Grove, and called from my car if someone could come out to my car and check battery. Douglas came out so friendly and calm, yet, I could see they had a lot of people in store. Turns out no problem with battery. SO HONEST 🤗. I will always only come here and recommend to all. I did not hve great success with their major components. 3 starters, one lasted 4 turns before it died. Harmonic balanced casting bad and tore up timing cover costing me $100s of dollars. Be careful buying from here, they need to control their vendors better and educate staff better

Forgot my wallet and only had $130 cash in my pocket needing a new water pump coolant and to rent a 31mm wrench to get the fan off, coming up $20 short they waived the rental fee and let me out the door with the necessary tool to do the job by holding my I.D. that kind of service buys my loyalty and at least $500 annually in my busisness and recommendations to anyone inquiring on a good auto parts store to go to. Thanks Auto Zone for allowing me to get done what I needed to do without a unnecessary trip back home or to the bank well home bank wouldnt have done any good without my wallet either.

First time I went to AutoZone, three years ago was my last, rude, unhelpful staff. Yesterday my battery was dead when I left to do my Saturday errands, thanks to a helpful person from GEICO roadside service staff, I got a jump and went out to replace the battery. I Googled where to go besides the AutoZone a block away before deciding to not waste anymore of my day and going in there. I was glad I did, James the gentleman who waited on my and replace my battery was great. Took time to tell me the difference in the batteries beside the price, rang me up, went outside, replace my battery and I went on my way. The customer service James provide made up for the lack of it 3 years ago and you can be sure next time I need something from that AutoZone, I will be looking for James.

Very helpful sales staff. They usually have what I need in stock but will call another store or order in product if the dont have it. The staff will go out of there way to make sure you get the right part or item your looking for. They will even help carry items out to your car and load you up if needed. They dont talk down to you or make you feel silly if you dont know much about cars. My go to place for parts and accessories for my cars.

I took my battery to get recharged, and was told to return in 2 hours. When I returned, I was told that the battery was plugged in, but the machine wasnt turned on. The cashier didnt even tell me that, he sarcastically told his Co worker and then looked at me. So the battery isnti ready?. I was told no. The guy that took my battery was a joke. What do I expect from Stanton.

Came in to seek help with some bulbs. The cashier send me to another cashier because she didnt want to assist me. However, the second cashier was very respectful and assisted me with all my questions. He even went to get my bulbs, one at a time, and cabin air filter for me.

I just called there and was given information about fixing my headlight. I can tell quite a bit about the people at any company by the way they handle their phone calls. I didnt get this Gentlemans name, but he was polite, he listened and gave advice to me that helped a lot.Ill be visiting in person tomorrow morning (dont want to drive at night with a headlight out). The reason Im going to AutoZone is the people. The guy who took my call tonight was patient and very helpful.
