I came to this place for a simple and basic alignment. I spoke to elliott and asked for prices. He told me the prices would be 35 for used tired and 60 for the alignment. But at the end he SNEAKILY and CORRUPTLY up the prices with out my consent and knowledge. At the end of the transaction he upgraded me too a new tired which I didnt consent and up the alignment price by 15 $ and still proceed to add taxes. Dont come here looking honesty and simple flat rate.

As a single woman with an older car but few miles, I really need to know what needs to be fixed and what I can forgo. Elliot is always straight up with me and that trust is invaluable. Can’t say enough about that aspect, I don’t have to worry about my car when I have Elliot. Obviously, his mother raised him right. Hard to find in this industry!

Good Mechanics are so hard to find and I finally found one I can trust. I went to Southland because some stole my catalytic converter off of my Honda. I shopped around for the lowest price and Elliot was by far the best deal around. I ended up getting new brakes, tires and an oil change while I waited. He was very honest and friendly. Great customer service. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Southland in the future.

I got referred to Southland Automotive for some RV Tires by a friend. Every place I went to get pricing from either wanted to much or did not do rv tires. When I called Southland, Elliot picked up the phone and made it seem so easy and hassle free. I almost thought it was to good to be true. The price was a couple hundred less than everywhere else. So I went ahead and set an appointment and when I showed up the whole crew was very helpful and polite. They got my 6 rv tire done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend using Southland. Thanks guys.

My check engine light came on, so I took my truck to Southland Automotive. They ran a diagnostic test. They called me and said it looked like I would need a new fuel pump. Going to cost me around $300 for parts and labor. A little while later they call me back. They took the fuel pump off, apparently the fuel pump had been installed improperly from a previous mechanic. These guys are very honest and trustworthy, the could have easily charged me $300 and I would not have known any better, instead I was only charged $25!!!!!!! I have found my premanate auto shop!!!! You guys are the best!

I took my car here a little over a month ago, after paying over $600, all of the work that I had done, needs to be redone, as it was not done correctly during the multiple days that Southland Automotive had my vehicle. The owner at the shop tried to say that I needed other work instead of fixing it correctly. In a city with a wide variety of shops, save yourself trouble and choose another.

I had an oil leak and i was hope hope HOPING it wasnt anything crazy. Turns out the oil filter was loose. So thankful Elliott is an honest man... he could have ripped me off for a leak like that. I returned for strutts all around because i was happy with the first visit. And he let me know about a current rebate running on said strutts. Hes got a return customer here!!

Southland Automotive gave me great service and some very nice new tires. I will be returning for all of my automotive and tire needs!

My car battery totally ran down and the brakes were failed too. In short my BMW totally gave up on me. Thank God it snapped on me in parking lot. Anyways, called nearby Southland Automotive and Elliot was happy to let me know that they were closing at 6 but I can tow my car and drop off at their repair shop and put my keys in the drop box, and make sure my car is taken car off the next day.Next day, they open up at 8, at 8:20 I got a call from Elliot and he let me know the problems to fix and gave me the reasonable quote on the repair along with the expected invoice picture message on my phone, which was quite neat. My BMW was up and running the same day. I definitely recommend SL Auto.

These are the guys I trust with my car. Usually have good prices or are honest will tell you if a job is simple enough to do yourself.

HORRIBLE customer service. They rape you on the prices. They dont give any discounts or price breaks. They dont help the community in any way. They told me that Money talks and that they wouldnt help me because I didnt have the outrageous amount of money that they wanted...even for just buying 1 tire! DO NOT go here! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had a choice!

These people dont even know how much air to put in the tires. They put close to 50 psi in my brand new tires on my bmw where it says 29 in front and 33 in rear on the factory sticker in the driver door jam. Beware!

I have a work van I depend on to make a living and it was shaking and vibrating really bad when I would step on the brakes- Elliott showed me everything that was wrong with it and got my van back on the road so I could make more money safely.
