I came in without an,appointment. Wait time was about ten minutes. Smog check is $45 plus certificate. Would recommend.

I give U T Smog Test Only, located at 11743 Beach Blvd, Stanton, CA 90680 FIVE PASSING STARS. I took in a friends car and it passed the smog test that was done by the cool worker named Utee. Utee is so chill and answers all questions. 5️⃣ 🌟s Dont judge a book by its cover, this place is legit. Awesome establishment run by an awesome owner!! Highly recommended. Its a one man operation, so there may be a wait, but he works quickly & its worth it. Ive been bringing both regular & test only vehicles here for years, including some old vehicles that require the extra testing. More than reasonable prices & the upcharge for performing the ridiculous extra tests required by California is minimal. In my last visit, after my car passed the smog test he let me know my timing was off & _*let me borrow a wrench & timing gun so I could adjust it in the parking lot*_ (test only so he couldnt have done it himself although he would have-California law regarding smog testing is ridiculous).

The waiting line has always been good since I have my car the smog test here 2 years ago.

This guy is a crook!! First he tried change my cost on paper from $26 to $36!! I asked for a discount knowing full well other places $26 is the norm with pass or free retest. He didn’t mention cost or conditions till after not passing me!! He didn’t even trying to blow out the CO2 by revving the engine first before the test and said he would charge an extra $20 to retest!! I thought he was a pass or free retest. Tried to compare cost of his business of smogging to burgers in his broken Vietnamese accent. Honestly he doesn’t even look legal nor does his business. Just look at his methods/business practice per my review!! These other people rating don’t sound legitimate!! Stay away and save yourself headache and cost!!

1st timer here. Owner/Technician very friendly. $45 for 96 and newer. $50 for 95 and older. Star certified. Super Smog on Beach lost their Star, so I coming here. Overall, good experience.
