Very bad experience shipped for wrong address and I have to go 3 times to the location if they can help me, they said the manger mr.G not here he will call you and no one call !!! they told me to talk to customer service and customer service said you should go back to location! My recommendation use fedex don’t use ups ! I paid almost $40 to get my package delivered after 18 days !

Super disappointed with the lack of courteous customer service. I had an appointment at 10:30 am with the notary who showed up late. The one person who was on duty was too busy to let us know that the notary had arrived and we were told to get in line as three other people had appointments too. The notary should have communicated with us knowing she was scheduled at 10:30am, but didn’t make any attempt. We were there from 10:25 until noon to notarize two signatures. A complete s***show. UPS store in Stanton, Ca should make customers their first priority by providing adequate staffing and by being cognizant of who is waiting in the store for appointments. Also to the staff member that answered the phone at 9:00am on 7/1/21, don’t be so short with the customer over the phone and hang up early before the communication is complete.
Ive Been using this UPS for 4 years for all my companies, The Owners are fantastic people and would do anything for anyone.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 6 STARS
Changed ownership and the customer service is really awful. They act like they’re doing you a favor when you’re bring them your business. Go elsewhere for UPS service.
The new owner is the worst ever . Ive been using this place for the last 3 years. And the new owner is the most rudest and no customer skills. Dont use this place again . There is a new ups store opening soon on Chapman and valley view next to Vons . Im sure it will be better than this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I had a notary appointment at 10 ( they are supposed to open at 10) ... I left at 10:30 when no body answered the phone or opened the store, even the UPS driver waiting had to leave. Do walk ins at the UPS store in Buena Park instead, the workers are way nicer there as well.
I was very happy with the service at this location. It was quick and easy! I would definitely use them again!!!!!
Edit:Service is way better than before! All the services I need I are always available.Staff was friendly and all but when I went there, their printing service was down so I had to go elsewhere and have my label printed.
This place deserve negative star. The elderly middle eastern lady was very rude with her communication. So unprofessional and worst customer services.
Just dropped off 2 packages to return to sender and the man was rude from the very beginning. Argued about everything I asked about and made me uncomfortable. No sure if he’s the manager or what, but no one else was in the store. While he was taping the ends of the boxes and still arguing, I said I probably would never return. Got in my vehicle and now feel uncomfortable that he might even sabotage the returns. I did get a receipt and I took photos while I packed the items to be returned, but hope they get to the destination. Won’t go back ever again.
Dropping off a package can make you wait for over 15 minutes! Because this store sticky follow FCFS no matter if the store cannot find a package for someone who just walks in and says he receives an online notification.
The elderly lady was so rude from the beginning. She should change her attitude. I will never use this place anymore.

P isnt very accommodating and friendly when I tried to do my Amazon returns and asked me to call for more labels? Well it was my first time doing Amazon returns and I didnt have a box but I felt uncomfortable when he was helping me. Maybe another location would be better...COME TO THIS UPS STORE PREPARED!
Went to get a signature notarized, and the owner started giving me a hard time and excuses to no notarize the documents. The worst part is that his excuses do not agree with what a Notary service is. I was a Notary for 8 years and explained to him why he was incorrect. Anyways, at the end, I asked him what needed to be changed on the document, so he could notarize the docs, and he still ended up saying I am not going to notarize it even with changes. Two things, first he shouldnt be telling me what needs to changed on the document to notarize my signature. Second, why would he refuse to get a document notarized (even when I offered to make the changes that he was using as an excuse for not notarizing it). Listen a notary acts as public offer on behalf of the Secretary of the State. What this guy did is call refusing to provide a service that he is required to by holding an active commissions. Neither my relative or I will return to this store.
I had a great experience at this store! Sam, the owner was friendly and helpful and I finally relaxed in a stressful gotta be there overnight shipping situation. He was swamped with people at almost 5 pm and I observed his interactions with everyone waiting as calm, patient and very competent. Unfortunately, UPS mis-sorted my package on the delivery end so it ended up being one day late but Sam handled the claim for a refund with just a phone call to him. I should receive it in 7-10 business days. Thank you, Sam!
Guy Ive seen every time Ive come here has been friendly and courteous, and Ive been in and out quick. No complaints.His English - by the way - is fine, despite what other unhinged reviews might tell you.
I have been here a few times for Amazon return. It is my local UPSIt was simple and easy. And I didnt get into trouble with services here.
Sam Wise Gamgee Is a good man and this is a good location with all the supplies and extra help if needed. He is quiet until he warms up but hes all business and knows his stuff.

It is my local UPS store but I consistently am waiting in a line. Each time I come here it is the same guy (he is nice and friendly) but is the only person Ive ever seen working.I am actually typing this as I am waiting in a line with 4 people. He is taking phone calls and helping with a notarization while a line is building. In fact, one gentleman walked in, saw the line, and then turned around. I let a lady jump ahead of me as she only needed a stamp.Otherwise once you are being helped, the service is as youd expect. The gentleman is very friendly.

I called this guy in 10 minutes till closing, He was rude over the phone and said id have to come in tomorrow, I asked why, he said if you can make it in 10 minutes come in. I made it in 10 minutes and he had two customers in-front of me. When it was my turn, i told him why i was there and he said in a very rude tone I told you guys to come in early. I said you know what, just give it back, Ill go to another UPS store. No greeting? no smile and rude on top of that. This guys needs some serious Customer Service classes. I suggest you go out of your way to reach another store unless you want to put up with this kind of nonsense.

I love how most of these reviews are all negative, especially the idiot stating the owner needs to learn to speak proper English. Here is one for you, why dont you learn proper spelling so you dont look like an idiot when writing a review next time.The store owner is a one man ran operation. He has done this for a long time and has out lasted most in the industry. This guy puts up with people day in and day out, everything from snot nosed out of control brats whos parents let them roam free and climb all over the boxes like animals to some idiot who thinks he/she is gods gift to mother earth and that the world revolves around them. At 6 pm just before closing, do you think he should be obligated to kiss your a$$ after putting up with disrespectful customers for the past 8 hours? I dont think so. 80% of the people today do not have a clue about how it is to run a business nor do they have a clue at the high amount of disrespectful customers that come in and out everyday.That is my review, straight out.

Rip-off is right! Read prior reviews and wanted to see for myself. Got quoted $11-$8 at Valley View and Lincoln UPS for next-day to a business. Came here...$23!! Learned my lesson...shame i couldnt learn from other reviewers...
Not good customer service
It was closed with out any warning online. When I get here there was a sign saying it is closed for technical reasons.
Public omputer was down. Was told to go home and forward the email pdf file I needed to print to his email so he could print it. Ill just go to the next copy shop.
