Terrible and unprofessional. Went in to get my brakes and oil check a few months back in February and was told that there was nothing wrong with my brakes or brake pads (despite an obnoxious squealing sound coming from my brakes). On top of this, they forgot to tighten the bolts on my tires and let me leave the lot with loose tires. I came back and had them tighten them and they blamed it on their employees “being distracted”. That makes your business seem very unprofessional and like they don’t care about their customers. After all this, I took my car to my regular mechanic and he said that they clearly did not check my brakes at all because they were almost metal on metal. So save your money and time and literally go to any other mechanic.

Went in today to see if they had room for me to get a basic oil change and tire rotation. Stood at the front window for 20 minutes while the front office guy talked on the phone. I understand times are busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in one second sir” would have sufficed. Took my business elsewhere

Ive gone to City Alignment several times for different problems. All fixed in good time and at a fair price. Theyre also very trustworthy and Ive never had any concerns leaving my vehicles in their care.

I have three sons at Mississippi State. These fellas at City Alignment have been wonderful helping the boys keep their car going! They have taken care of them in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I had coolant problems a while back. Diagnosed it here, and paid the gouging (and twice changed) price for a water pump. Turns out that was never the problem but instead a small $10 connector piece. So now Im stuck with a dead car with a blown head gasket because they couldnt be bothered to actually check all of the coolant system before charging you with the most expensive thing to replace.

The only auto mechanic shop I deal with outside my dads shop. Donnie and Shannon are fair, does great work and honest.

Everyone is professional knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are extremely fair. Definitely would recommend to others and use in the future for other car repair needs.

I recently had my wifes 7 year-old vehicle serviced prior to a long road trip. We received excellent service at a very competitive price. We were very satisfied with City Alignment and intend to use them again in the future if the need arises.

These guys did a great job. Very professional and fast. They picked up my car at my house and had it ready the same day. No complaints here.

I always have a great experience with the automotive services I receive when using City Alignment Services. The staff are very nice and they do not try to take advantage of you. Based on my experiences, they have always found out what was wrong and fixed it at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend City Alignment Services to anyone and everyone, especially women like myself who are afraid of being taken advantage of based on their lack of knowledge of automotive problems.

This place is the best place to get your auto work done... I went to them for tire alignment service recently; they did a good job in a quick time...I have been to many mechanics in Starkville during last few years for different repairs (my car and my friend’s vehicles) I would recommend only two (2) guys #1 City Alignment #2 Danny’s repair shop in Down town (If you want some quality work done). The owner is a very nice pleasant gentleman. When I said I want to drive to Jackson on the same day he got my work done on priority basis. You cannot be in business for 40+ years if you do not take care of your customers well…Definitely recommend them to anyone….

Please be aware of these cheaters...I took my car to them for ignition switch replacement and they could not fix it..instead of telling me that they cannot fix it, they ship my car to the Ford/Mercury dealer in Columbus and they charged me for towing my car there, so I paid for their own fault...at the end I figured out that they charged me the dealer cost plus $300 plus the towing cost...that brought in the total to be $850 (just for ignition switch replacement)...AVOID THESE GUYS PLEASE, DONT EVER THINK TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM......

City alignment is very professional, fast and honest auto repair facility in Starkville, with a great location close to campus. these guys are staying one step ahead of the changing automotive industry. while we all know its impossible to make everyone happy these guys have gone above and beyond several times for their customers.Im sure if you meet Donnie or shannon you will agree...

Took my jeep in to fix a simple coolant leak.They told me I need a new radiator.Took the jeep home.They didnt install all of a new radiator that I was charged for.Took the jeep back up there.They install the other piece of the radiator.Took the jeep back home.They forgot to put coolant in the radiator.Key wont turn.Took the jeep back up there to fix the ignition problem.They put a new ignition in.Drive Jeep to Jackson. Key gets stuck in ignition.Took the Jeep back up there they fix the ignition that they installed prior to all of this.
