Fantastic service!! Thomas McAfee went above and beyond his duties to make sure we had a good experience and got what we needed. Everyone was eager to help and honest every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership.
Apparently coming in with good credit, a job, a down payment,a trade, a pre approval, and knowing exactly what you want isn’t the way to get a new Jeep. Thought I did everything right and just to get no where and having to go to a different dealership to actually be helped for more than a day. Don’t waste your time here.
Its a nice lot with even nice people working there. If u ever have a chance stop in there and ask for Kyle Jackson this man goes the extra mile to see you smile! (You will see) Its just got a feel of no other car lot.
Brandy was the best ever! She was and continues to be so nice and helpful. She worked with me until we found exactly what I wanted. Love her and love Parker McGill!!
Brandy was such a great help. She made everything fast and easy. She was so energetic throughout the entire process!!! 10/10 recommend her & the Parker McGill family.
Great Car buying experience... Top notch Sales & Service!!!
My father went to test drive a car, just looking around at vehicles. Ended up buying a new car. No games with the prices which made things easy on buying a car.
Kirk & the rest of the workers are very polite and will do their very best to find what your looking for. We have bought 2 vehicles from them & have been very happy with them.
Great people. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about their amazing service. They really care about the concerns of their customers and treat your needs with care and quality. Thanks so much.
I would highly not recommend this establishment. I recently went on December 22, 2020 to look for a car and allow them to value my vehicle. I went alone, that was my first problem. I met with a salesman via phone the day before I came, we set an appointment for me to come & for them to value my car. While I was there I told the salesman to not run my credit because I did not want to purchase today, I just wanted to value my car & look at their inventory. The credit form had no directions, also I did not fill the application out myself, the salesman also told me that the form was for a profile not a credit profile, I was asked to sign, I did. The manager then entered the room and collected my keys, he told me that my payment range would need to be higher, and that he would go value my car. Both men left the room, once the salesman came back into the room he told me youre going to need a cosigner or $1k down I told him that in two weeks that I could pay that down payment fee, and then within SECONDS he then tells me to be honest with you, youre going to need $7k down to get a car, and we need to put you in a new car to gain a low down payment. Not only did they run my credit once, but twice. This business does not practice the use of lending safe loans to black individuals. I say that because there was only three black sales MEN and a repair waiting room full of black individuals. No one on the staff wore a mask, my salesman wore his mask only after I placed my mask on. The cars that they attempted to sale me, not only would decrease my finically ability to pay overtime, but I also would be put into a crippling loan. I was told we want to treat all Mississippi State students good. One thing I know is that people will find a way to pay for what they want. This charger Hemi is a nice car, it may use more gas. I then told him that I am not here to buy a dream, I am here to invest in a car that will have market value after I am finished paying for it. The manager attempted to have the salesman lead me into getting a car, like that of me signing the credit profile, in which the paper only said Inquiry application. After contacting a fellow adult that has experience, I was made aware of what was happening & why this process was flowing. I told them that I turn 21 in one week & would like to have made my car move in the next month. However, they wanted me to foolishly buy a vehicle with end of the year rates & high interest. Not only was my vehicle undervalued, but I was lied to, they ran my credit twice ( even through CREDITCO, a mortgage credit reporting software), and simply mislead. I feel as if they prey on black buyers, young buyers, and the induvial who does not have financial literacy. I again would not recommend this establishment.
Great Service!! I would like to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Chuck Saulsberry for his excellent customer service and hospitality. He is the epitome of a great salesman! 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks Mr. Chuck and the rest of the Parker McGill family.
Great customer service every time i stop by.
During my recent visit at Parker McGill, Clyde and Ramae displayed excellent customer service. I highly recommend me them if you are searching for a new vehicle.
7.10.20 The staffs was very helpful with my concerns about my vehicle and professional also took great care of my car!!! Highly recommended
Everyone was nice and cordial.
Very nice people went out of their way to show me the vehicles i was interested in without any pressure to buy. When im ready to buy i will buy at Parker-McGill.
It was great working with Brandy on the purchase of our new Jeep. Give her a call when you’re ready to make a purchase.
Great place to buy a vehicle
Parker-McGill in Starkville has amazing service. Joel is awesome. He keeps me informed every step of the way. If you want a car service you can trust, Parker-McGill Starkville is where you should go! Thanks for all you do on a consistent basis!
Nicest folks ever! Thank you for being so welcoming.
The best place in town to buy a vehicles.
I am very pleased with my new 2017 dodge charger Daytona loaded vehicle. I am 100 percent satisfied. I would like to thank Sales Consultant George Richardson for my new comfortable ride. I highly recommend doing business with a honest sales consultant like George. If interested in a new ride with great price and honest service go and ask for George its worth your time and money.
Quick, great service, knowledgeable service techs. Friendly and courteous! Dont know about cost, it was warranty work.Back again for tire rotation. The only shop in town that has a lift that can pick my Ram 2500 Cummins up. Quick, and great price. Only problem either the service tech smoked in my truck or he smoked before taking my truck out for a test. Im highly allergic to tobacco smoke!
Service was amazing and they explained everything in detail. I will be going back.
My daughter is student at MSU... she had unexpected car problem on day she was supposed to drive home after finishing final exams. The Service Department (Lana) was exceptional in assisting my daughter with getting Jeep looked at, diagnosing the problem, ordering parts and having installed in timely basis. Lana was also excellent at communicating with us (concerned parents) about how long it would take to get car repaired, cost, etc... Thanks to Lana and the service team, Jeep was repaired and daughter was able to leave for home in time for family wedding. We could not ask for better service!!!!
Great dealership and great staff
Great looking place. Nice staff. Will visit again.
This dealership is the nicest one I have every been to and everyone was very professional. We are pleased with our experience here and we will be going back when we upgrade our vehicles again. I highly recommend checking them out.
In &out so fast. Great service today yall. Thank u
Would give them a zero if allowed. This dealership talked my elderly relatives into a car that they couldnt afford. They assumed that going to a reputable dealership that they could take the word for the salesperson. Well after agreeing on 14k and 175 month they had a deal. I the nephew reviewed paperwork and they have financed 19k and 447 month. Im out of state so I explained that should attempt to return, but dealership said it wasnt anything they could do. Slums would only pull a stunt like this and I will make every effort to push this story.
Personable and friendly service w/ Brandy. Thanks!
The salesman was very attentive and helpful. I dont remember his name but he and the other employees there were sweet and friendly.
Just bought a truckClyde was awsome and sales staff made it easy. Love my truck!!!!!
Parker-McGill Starkville, MS has been excellent each time I have needed their service. Excellent rating from me!
I recently had fuel filters replaced on my Ram 2500 Diesel. Parker-McGill charged $250.00 which is the same price I paid a Ram dealer in Albuquerque, NM. The Ram dealer in Columbus, MS quoted $430.00. Even when I asked them to verify because Ive always paid in the $250.00 range they quoted $430.00. I live in Columbus but will continue to drive to Parker-McGill.
Nice people
Jeep taken in 4 times for one problem, each time it was repaired. Still not fixed. Seriously, its worth the drive to another dealership for repairs.
Friendly people, great customer service!!
Would have given zero for this dealer. worst dealer. Sales person wasnt really friendly and helpful. Got problem in the car that I bought and went there to fix but didnt got a good response. They tried to trade in the vehicle with other one but when I checked carfax later the other car had already been in an accident. Worst way to deal with the customer. Worst dealer ever
I purchased a used vechicle from Parker McGill last week and the experience was exceptional. I traveled from St Louis to make this purchase. Kirk Hyche took care of me and did great job. Since I was purchasing a used car sight unseen, I had to rely on Kirk to tell me about the condition of car, send multiple photos etc. Kirk was honest, cordial and straight forward. The manager was willing to deal to a fair price and the buying process took less than 45 minutes. Kirk even picked me up at the airport, which was above and beyond my expectations.
I rarely write reviews and it is often because something or someone did such a spectacular job that I want everyone to know it. However, I feel morally obligated to report the way that my partner and I were treated by this Jeep Dealership.Saturday September 15th - First time going to dealership; test drove a jeep; liked it except that it was an automatic; dealership informed us they do not keep manuals on the lot; we verbally agreed to have them order the exact jeep we want so that it could be built; and then when it arrived, the dealership could add all the bells and whistles we wanted to it; and that my partners truck would be the down payment. The dealership investigated the truck and came up with a price of 3000 for trade it; deal negotiated so that the price of jeep was about 24,500 plus the 7,000 for the added bells and whistles, with a discount of $250 off labor. So this put the agreed upon price at about 29,000.Friday September 21st - My partner took his truck title to the dealership and turned it in. He was informed that the jeep would be ordered now that they had the title. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks until the jeep arrived.Saturday October 20th - We stopped by to check in on the timeline for the jeep being delivered; we were informed that they had been trying to reach you this week and was informed that they could not order the jeep we initially agreed upon because a new frame for the jeep came out and jeep put a hold on orders for the old frames. Neither of us received any phone calls from the dealership since my partner dropped off the title to his truck. They priced out a new jeep that cost approximately 27,500 stating that the original jeep did not include everything we asked for such as the power windows. This was a blatant lie because on 9/15/18, we did a comparison on paper with the jeep on their lot to make sure everything was the same. Unfortunately they had all the initial paperwork with the jeep and we did not ask for a copy.Tuesday October 23rd - My partner goes to dealership himself and then the dealership tries to find us a new jeep, however the price was significantly higher than the original negotiated price and the jeeps they were finding did not have everything that we wanted. My partner informed them that he would just take the title back for his truck. They asked for 24 hours to make it rightThursday October 25th - We both go to dealership after giving them 48 hours and not hearing anything back. They tried to sell us another jeep they found, but again it was not what we actually wanted and it was for almost $30,000 (compared to the $24,500 price). When that did not pan out, they went back to the original jeep that we test drove in September and asked about selling that to us and offered a lower price than what it was advertised for (offered around $40,000). We said that this was out of our price range and we still really wanted a manual jeep. It was at this point that my partner asked for the title of his truck back, which he was given. We left and he went to get into his truck, at which point he discovered that the stereo had been removed and the glove department was broken. My partner spoke with the general manager, who stated that people steal stuff all the time from cars in their lot. He said that they would look into it and call us on Monday.Friday November 2nd - They did not call on Monday October 29th at promised. My partner waited until Friday November 2nd to call. He was told that they hadnt figured anything out but that they would call us on Monday with a plan.Monday November 5th – We called them (again they did not call us as promised). They stated that they would pay us $100.00 for the stereo and that the part for the glovebox could be purchased for $10.00. Upon looking online, we could not find it for less than $75.00.
My husband and I fled to starkville from Naples, FL during hurricane Irma and ran into some trouble with our dodge truck. It needed serviced and a service light of some sort needed replaced or something. The staff was sooooooo gracious and took care of everything for us for free! They just wanted us to get back to our family safe and knew we would have unforeseen damages to our home and we could definitely use the money towards that. Which was more than true when we returned.I am very grateful for people like the staff at Parker-McGill. My husband even tried a hat on at the dealer ship and forgot he had it on when he left and when I went back to pay they wouldnt even take my money for the hat. Thanks again! You all deserve a raise and more recognition than I can give, for you kindness.
Would have given negative to them, worst service i ever had. Said they had done the full diagnostics with the car that i wanted to buy and assured me it was very good. They even charged me higher saying it was great car, but i got the problem with the car right 5 days after buying. Went back to them asking for service and they didnt even respond nicely. Worst people and sales person. Wouldnt lie manager was assuring but, but didnt help. Never trust their cars, some of them have accidents reports and they would say they are clean .
We went looking for a new car and Joey was straight forward and was the only place that got us in a car and did everything he said he would. My brother in law got a 2017 mustamg from the westpoint ms location and come down from 30 grand to 20 grand and they got us in a 2013 rav 4 for only about 12 grand and its clean as a whistle amd runs like a dream! Would recommend parker mcgill to ANYONE!
Excellent people very friendly
They had the best prices and service in the area. I will be back to see them for all my car needs.
Brandy was very helpful and nice.
They take good care of the customers. They getem in and out.
Very unprofessional i was attempting to purchase a car from this place they inform me they would contact me but i never heard anything back from them so after several attempts to get in contact with the sales person who never would return my call i finally gave up and went some were and purchase a car the same day .....my opinion is i wouldnt do business there because theyare un professional and dont treat customers right
