The employees write their own review this is the worst phone company on the planet.... they make it hard to pay your bill so they can recover the extra fee

I have never had a good experience with CSPIRE Wireless, The phone service is terrible and the customer service is even worse. Go to Straight Talk if you can afford to buy your phone out right if not try elsewhere.

Was the discuss and find it why my phone buttons didnt work. There was nothing wrong with the phone, it was the life proof phone case that was causing the problem. Reps were friendly and helpful in situation.
