Ordered online...BIG MISTAKE! Super cheap quality. Everythjng made in China, nothing true to size. Shoes arrived w stains. Will not refund my money. Will only offer store credit. Which I do not want . BEWARE!!!!!

Went to address store didn’t exists… very confused.

I have never received poorer customer service than that of Deep South Pout. I spent a significant amount of money on a necklace that was supposed to be high-quality, only for it to break a little over a month after receiving it. Like literally fell off of my neck into pieces. As a faithful customer, I sent an email to only get a response that I had to email the manufacturer of the necklace. Are you kidding me?!? As a customer, the company I purchased the product from should make it right, ESPECIALLY since the item is still in stock. I was recently recommended to this boutique and have spent a lot of money here. I will never shop here again. It is a total disappointment because I loved watching the girls and supporting a small business. Business owner to business owner, DO BETTER.

Love their selection, how easy it is to shop through social media, and the helpful/kind staff! Their marketing team does such an excellent job with everything as well! :)

Ive been shopping at Deep South Pout since they opened 6 years ago!! Its my favorite place to shop!! The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable of the things they sell. The owners, Nicole Oswalt & Shannon Stoker, are the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. I love my DSP girls and look forward to future purchases!! DSP is the BEST!❤️
