Knowledgeable team, love to chat with them when its not super busy. Recommend interesting new games and accessories from a gamer standpoint feels much appreciated than forcing something as business. Thats why I love this team .

There computer wont give u a price on ur phone but u can call other one and they will I just think the ones that work there just dont know what there doing

The constant effort to upsale me while Im in this store is ridiculous. Every single time. I get trying to make money, but when its at this level its ridiculous. When I say no I mean no. Today I just left while the cashier was still trying to sell me a $100 version of a $60 game. He talked to me all the way to the door. Just stop.

The manager John was amazingly helpful with knowledge of gaming and accessories and he helped me with a return situation another gamestop establishment refused to do. He and the other gentleman were extremely nice and had great attitudes!!!!! I loved it!

The place is great, and the staff super friendly/helpful when you go to the store, but if you try calling the place they hardly ever pick up the phone. It would be nice to at least be put on hold instead of voicemail after voicemail.

Cool staff. Always have what I need. One of the managers is the best Ive ever seen at a Gamestop. That may or may not be saying much but he is fantastic as a manager. My only problem with this Game Stop is that you wont be able to see all of the pre-owned games on the shelves that are available. You will have to ask one of the staff behind the counter for more and then you may have to wait in a long line to see what they have behind the counter.

Came in to get a new controller since mine broke and the first thing the clerk asked was where was my broken trade in worthy controller. I ended up trading in two broken ones for $40 in store credit. But be careful with the add ons they will talk you into for commission, I ended up paying $45 out of pocket for a $64 controller...

I ordered a used Evil within ps 4 game online and the website mentioned the price as $ 17. But when I went there the cashier asked $ 19s. I also ordered one with original case but received the disk only. Had to wait couple more days to get the case. Not the best game stop store.

Stood in line for ~30 minutes just to buy a gift card. The one employee that was at the front was extremely sluggish, and the manager was at the front helping at registers when I first got there, but just up and left in the middle of the rush. Keep in mind this was on December 22, so the holiday traffic in the store was huge. After applying for a job here several times, Im disappointed they clearly didnt do any hiring for this holiday season.

Overall customer service is pretty good. The games and bundles are extremely high. But Ive been a gamestop shopper for years and I plan on constantly being. Just gotta look around for better prices sometimes...
