Dont go to this place. The manager broke my frame and refused to take responsibility. She claimed you should bear the risk of us breaking your frame when you bring your own frame. I dont know how this is acceptable. Just awful business.

Everyone was extremely nice. They spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out my insurance and helping me in the best way possible to buy my glasses and contact.

The Walmart optician in this location is very rude and not helpful at all. I needed my frames adjusted and she wouldn’t even touch them because I didn’t get them there and blamed COVID 🙄 as if you couldn’t put gloves on and disinfect the frames with an alcohol swab. She was not busy at all and had the time. Thankfully, I called Mitchell Eye Care that’s literally down the street and the optician there who is always so professional, sweet and willing to help you out no questions asked. FYI I visited Biloxi back in September and stopped at the Walmart vision center there to get my glasses adjusted and the man working there had no problem at all doing that for me.. wasn’t any of this did you purchasethese here oh I can’t touch those because of COVID bs.
