Sorry they dont have a zero for ratings....didnt even want to rate a 1....servicemen and staff are poor businessmen. Scotts in Starksville Ms, I wouldnt use them if them if they were the last company selling. My sick and elderly father purchased through them and its been weeks and they still havent completed hooking up his heater line. Then the salesman said its not his problem that my sickly father which has already paid for their service has spent over 100$ buying refilled bottles bc nobody there wants to do their work. Highly upset.
