On November 4, 2020, I was refused service here and spoken to very demeaningly and even cursed at to leave. I did not wear a mask, although I have asthma which is excused from mask-wearing statewide in MS through Tate Reeves’ executive order.I had never been to this store until tonight and I will never be returning after how this young man spoke to me. Other customers were there and felt I had done nothing wrong as I was nothing but polite.Update: There was no “miscommunication” while in the store. The employee there at the time told me to “Get the hell out and don’t come back without a mask even if I have asthma.” My friend that was there also left and I can assure she and her friends will never return either if that is how any customer is treated at the store.

Cellars is the absolute best! I was able to call and get recommendations of wine that they had available, and the sales clerk delivered it right to my car when I pulled up! Great customer service and a great selection!

My FAVORITE wine stop! The employees are extremely helpful and the manager BJ always lets me know when knew products come in! They make excellent suggestions as well as being friendly and easy to work with. They will even special order something for you if they dont have it in stock! The staff knows their products and always welcomes me with a smile!
