The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were able to rent over the phone. It was especially helpful that their rental rates run monthly from the date of rental to the same date of the following month. The manager drove over and opened the gate for us one night when we arrived with a load after gate closing time. Very helpful and accommodating! Facilities are new and clean and easily accessible from Hwy 25. Will definitely rent with them again if we need storage in Starkville.

Everyone that works here is so nice! They take time to actually get to know you and get set up with a storage unit thats perfect for you to use. The 24 hour gate access is a great feature they have because I usually need to access mine when i get off work after hours.
