Beware. Bought a lock for >$40. > 1 week later told me they didnt have it and to wait. Days later, I contacted. Ignored. Then after telling them Im going to negatively review, they finally responded and asked if I wanted refund. I said yes. Two days later no refund. Dont do business with. Amateur hour. Think company is run by a custodian at Penn State.

Ordered a small item (rear-mount mirror supports) on April 3rd. Seven weeks later, and it has not arrived. I have emailed the vendor 3 times, with no response. Not an expensive item (just over $10 incl postage), but I would have liked to receive it so I can finish my project - or at least hear whats up from the vendor. Not impressed.

Purchased several items to repair an antique high chair. Did this in early October, and a month later I have nothing. Tried to call the phone number listed, but no answer, and messages not set up. Tried emailing several times and no response. Googled this business and appears to be a house or farm house in the country. Something bogus or very amiss about the whole thing. Will try to get my money back through PayPal resolution process.CM

Purchased brass drawer pulls, spec was 3 1/2 centers, actual was 3 1/4.Returned, been weeks no refund, no pulls.Danger Danger, do not do business with this company.
