I took my car in due to a replacement windshield, from another location out if state, having what we thought was a crack. These guys discovered that it was a streak of adhesive not a crack. They were honest and had me come and pick up the car, no charge. I was impressed by their professionalism and service.

They came to my home the tech was very nice and professional and was done in no time and the windshield looks great will recommend to everyone

Their automated line is awful to work through. Just go to Auto Glass Centre if youre in the area. Those guys responded instantly and got the job done quick even during a busy week.

They replaced my windshield in my Subaru outback. The installers name was Larry. Very professional nice person. replaced the windshield and recalibrated the cameras. Great job, hats off to Larry.He was short on help the day of my install and Larry was by himself but he did a great job.

They installed a chipped windshield! I was told to pick up my car while the glue was not set and the new windshield was rattling around. . . My new windshield will most likely not seal properly. Had I known the lack of QC I would have taken my business elsewhere.

People cant answer their dam phones very rude service

Went for a chip toward the top of my front windshield, and they were able to take it the same day. It took 20 minutes, and I was amazed at the results - while the chip and crack were largely out of my line of sight, now its hard to even tell there was anything there. Great service and excellent results - highly recommend!

I very much appreciated the service on my windshield replacement. Its been several weeks and the new windshield seems great. I felt well-served by the desk staff. I would have liked a call when my vehicle was done, but I was so pleased to have the work done in a few hours on a Saturday. I also really like the accessibility of the location.Be forewarned that you will need an inspection with a windshield replacement. It helps to know with scheduling beforehand.

My experience with Safelite was an excellent one. Larry and Mason showed up on time, were extremely courteous and had my windows replaced in no time at all. If you need a window(s) replaced, I strongly recommend that you go with this business and ask for Larry or Mason to do your install.

Very unprofessional..... the gentleman at the counter tried to charge me a deductible when no deductible was owed, he then proceeded to get me to sign paperwork stating I owed the deductible and when confronted he got an attitude and became rude ...........in the end I was right and he didnt even apologize for how I was treated .....Ill be taking my business elsewhere next time

Absolutely stellar!I had a stray rock kicked up by a truck chip my windshield, and scheduled service for a repair here through my insurance.For some odd reason, my insurance failed to push my appointment through properly, but the technician here (whose name I didnt catch, unfortunately) was very accommodating and gave me some options before I went ahead and hassled with my insurance.Everything worked out perfectly, and my chip was filled in about 15-20 minutes! He even cleaned my windows and vacuumed the inside of my car.My chip is filled, and thats all I could ask for!

Fast service. Polite mechanic. Not close to much, so you might want to bring something to do while you wait. The appointment was easily scheduled. Was unable to get a timely appointment where they would come to me and fix it, but the shop was not so far away. Overall I would go back if I need my windshield replaced again.

Today (10-08-13) is the second time in about 3 years Ive used their services and both times have been a pleasure to have done business with them. I was able to wait for my truck and did not have to wait long before it was done.Scott Trimble is always a pleasure to work with and has the highest professionalism in his field. Not only did he complete the work on the windshield as I asked but he took the time to clean my windows and cleaned the floors in my truck too. Safelite was comparable in price to the other auto glass places (only $2 more) but was much more convenient! Probably most importantly, Safelite was able to service my vehicle two days before anyone else. Being able to schedule online was great. The waiting area had TV, a remote, and had a keurig with K-cups. My wait was only 75 minutes. I really enjoyed this experience. I will come back to them in the future for my auto glass needs

It was really a bad service. They scheduled me on Thursday and dropped my car at 7:30am. By 2pm, they call me and said that they didnt complete the service because my windown didnt arrive. Why did they schedule me at the first place if they do not have my window to replace? The worse was when they said that they do not even know when my window will arrive. I lost one day without my car for nothing.

Safelite came out replaced my windshield. While they were doing that dented my front fenders in to the point my front doors caught them and pulled them in towards the door hinges. I called them right way after many days now of them dodging me and trying to come up with their cop out, they are not going to do anything about their mess they created. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING... They do the damage but dont want to own up too it. All they say is oh it was like that to begin with our technician took pictures of the whole car, or they use some other scam. We asked to see the pictures then they come out and tell us there is no pictures. You want dents and have problems opening your doors call Safelite they will fix you up!!!!!!

Me being dumb put my wiper blade up to change it and somehow it came down and cracked my windshield. These guys ordered me on up and 2 days later put it in and it was in and I left within 45 mins. Absolutely stunning!

Scott was so incredibly helpful after my back windshield shattered after dropping my son off at day care! The next day it was fixed and the customer services overall was amazing. And they made sure my trunk was vacuumed and clean since my sont stroller was in there.

I was able to make an appointment the same day, they began working as soon as I got there (which was early), my car was finished in a timely manner and had great customer service from start to finish. Im very pleased!

Earlier this week I called Safelite to replace front passenger side glass of my 2006 Toyota Camry. This company is messed up. Even if you call your local Safelite Autoglass shop to set up an appointment, the call becomes a toll free number and you end up talking to Safelite guy sitting in some remote place.Safelite will come to your door to fix your car window only when it is 75 F outside. Safelite folks are too sensitive to ambient temperatures that is above and below 75F.While Confer Toyota quoted $398.00 (before taxes) to replace the glass, Safelites quote was $298.00. The local guy (Auto glass center) fixed my glass and charged me $100.00 less than Safelite and did a great job.

My fiances car had water pooling in the foot wells on the passenger side for weeks. I had taken out half of the interior trying to find the problem. I finally determined that it was coming from somewhere around the firewall but couldnt tell exactly where. I was so fed up that I was ready to pay to have the windshield gasket replaced, even if I wasnt 100% sure that was the problem, so I took the car to Safelite to see what theyd say.Scott Trimble took the time to check that the gasket was the source of the leak, and showed me as he sprayed expanding foam around the windshield that there was no leak. He continued to investigate the leak by pouring water in various parts of the windshield cowl. He eventually determined that it was probably coming from a drain or seam around the passenger side fender, which clearly goes beyond what his shop does. He had spent about 30 minutes working on this, so I was really surprised that he didnt charge me anything for the diagnosis.I was very impressed by Scotts attitude and willingness to go out of his way to help me determine the problem. He could have just as easily sold me a gasket without looking at the windshield or troubleshooting the leak. In the future, Ill be using Safelite on North Atherton for any auto glass repairs.

Dissapointed. They ordered the wrong glass supposedly. I had a 45 minute drive and they said I could wait and when I arrived at 7:30 am he said it could be until the afternoon before he could be done. Then he comes out and said the wrong glass was ordered. Right. Epic fail here

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!Had a tiny chip in my windshield and the Safelight repair actually made it worse in less than a month! It has now spidered out!Safelight will Not reimburse me! I am told the money I spent will go towards a new windshield, which I had no intention of buying in the near future!Misleading & manipulative ads and shady company!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in thinking that I was going to have to spend $50 to repair my windshield. The guy told me that it wasnt necessary and cleaned my windshield for free!
