I have always had a bad experience ordering online with this bookstore. They have written my address incorrectly and delivered it to someone else. They have not responded to emails. They have charged me more than the listed price without informing me. If you have the option to get your books elsewhere, do! As a company, their books are overpriced, and they are not professional.

I line 46 people deep, and they have 2 cashiers.

Need a better checkout system.

Closed for business on a Friday with many families visiting campus. No signs outside of the building and nothing clearly stated on their website saying it was closed both Friday AND Saturday! Not a friendly message to guests that traveled to Penn State. We were super disappointed.

The Penn State bookstore is as awesome as youd expect on the campus of a University of its size. Youll find virtually everything you need to get your Penn State experience off the ground. However, youll also experience sticker shock when comparing their prices to some of the stores downtown. For that reason alone, cant go 5-stars here.

There is something for everyone!As a Penn State mom, I was shopping for the fam. This store is huge, clean, organized and Covid compliant. Nice job.

Rude staff!

Great place to visit when on campus. Its gotten a lot bigger than it was 33 years ago when I was going to school here. Its brings back a lot of good memories.

Its a college bookstore. It was clean and friendly. People said look on the Ave for better deals but all the merchandise is jacked all over PSU.

Expensive, but not unexpected for a college bookstore. I wouldnt get school supplies here but they do have an expansive selection of penn state gear.

Official stuff is expensive. Go downtown for better deals!
