Wonderful staff and excellent customer service! My mom had some trouble online with her birthday gift, so we went in and they were tremendously helpful. The next day when I picked up the order, they apologized for running a little behind that day and gave me a chocolate covered strawberry while I waited. I didn’t mind waiting a while anyways, but it was such an unexpected and kind gesture!

Outstanding customer service. Rachel answered my call with a pleasant tone, and took her time in answering my questions in a relatable, down to earth manner. I tried to order a thank you arrangement with a bouquet on ediblearrangments.com however, the arrangement wasnt available for delivery. I called the Edible Arrangements in State College. Rachel noted that for an additional fee of $10, my order could be delivered. After going back and forth on ediblearrangments.com and seeing limited arrangements available for delivery in my desired zip code, I was elated when Rachel offered the option. Thank you :)

My son and I were hoping for some cookies, but there wasnt much pre-made. The lady at the counter was apologetic as she explained that was due to covid restrictions, so most people call their order in ahead of time. Totally understandable. So my son and I got a smoothie instead - it was, by far, one of the best smoothies Ive ever had.

The cashier was VERY rude when I went to order for Valentine’s Day. The way she was talking to me, instantly rubbed me wrong. I asked for a specially made box, like on the brochure and was told if I wanted that to “come back next week”. I was delighted not to spend over 100$ for treats I can make at home! Overpriced and overrated! Super rude staff!

I have ordered and received several times from these guys, for work and personally.They do a wonderful job with the arrangements (feedback I get from the receivers) and fast delivery!! I am very impressed :) This is a great alternative to flowers.

I had purchased a edible arrangement for Valentines day, upon receiving had a very small issue with the arrangement. I called the very next day and spoke with the manager, who was VERY nice and accommodating he took care of my issue without a second thought. Understandably issues happen on probably the most busiest day a year for them . I would not have any issue buying with confidence from the state college store and dealing with their very kind staff again. I gave them 5 stars even with the issue because you just dont find customer service like that anymore.

Received something just today and my partner tells me the message on the card was wrong. And their name... then they call to tell them it was wrong and seemingly the same girl as in previous reviews, very slow and unprofessional. And rude. It’s a simple job. Looks bad on you to do it wrong.

First and last time. Stopped by to get a premade arrangement. The girl behind the counter was working on something else and apparently too busy to help me. She nodded to the cooler and said they are over there on the bottom. I asked her about several discounts and she said her manager could give me a military discount, when she rung me up ... No discount. Very unprofessional attitude and continued working on papers scattered all over counter the whole time. I could not even set my arrangement down in front of me to get into my wallet. I will not be going there again. I gave 2 stars because she DID have premade arrangements and I desperately needed one. It looked very Delicious.

My friend ordered from E.A. for my birthday. The product that arrived had fruit that was either dried out or overripe. I went in to the store to speak with them and they immediately credited my friends account.I asked them to stop by and pick up the gift so that they could see for themselves and figure out what happened. When they offered, I asked them NOT to bring me another arrangement, only some fruit so that I would know what their usual standard is.They sent me a beautiful arrangement. All the fruit was excellent. That is a pretty stand-up group when they go those extra steps for the customer.
