I rented a truck and car carrier for moving one way out of state. Got a relatively new truck with low miles, excellent customer service and on the date requested. The truck was easy to drive, felt new and the seats were super comfortable. Customer service at the headquarters is top-notch, got to give it to them for finding me transportation 2 days before I had planned to move and U-Haul bailed on me. Renting from Penske cost me an additional $800 than what U-Haul offered but I do not regret my purchase. I paid for a smooth sailing journey to my new workplace.

Truck was new and in excellent condition except for an alignment issue. I also rented a car carrier. It had four tires that had to be replaced on the trip because they were all showing steel belts. The lights stopped working. The tie down straps were super rusted and almost unusable. The person at the counter used racial slurs when I picked up my rentals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The truck was in pristine condition and was very easy to handle. I highly recommend this business!
