Good product, not much sales hustle, and if you Google the product you want you will know more than all the sales staff combined in 1 minute. I was in the mood to buy, and they could easily have upsold, or added accessories no problem. Bought the keyboard as it was there, but Amazon had me the accessories the next day. Amazon would have sold me the keyboard for the same price, and it too would also have arrived just as fast. I dont want these real stores to dissappear, but I do see why they do.

It was good, they have guitars and pianos etc. They were able to repair my guitar. Not sure if they could fix my piano, because Ive never tried to get my piano fixed by them. Im sure that if I wanted to get my piano fixed, I could drive over there and ask them if theyre able to fix it. However, I dont have any reason to fix my piano. My guitar was the thing that needed repairs, not my piano. This is why I got my guitar fixed by them, in conclusion, and so if you need to get your guitar fixed, they can probably fix it, because they are able to repair and sell guitars.

Wether getting advice and purchasing a new instrument, caring for it or taking lessons, Robert M Sides has been a great organization. The staff is super friendly. Jeff, my guitar teacher is wonderful with my young son and he couldn’t be more patient with me. Their new location by the way is easy to access and has more parking spots than before.

Spend $530.00 in there store,and had such rude employees there today 8-4-20. So inconsiderate and very unprofessional! Would not recommend anyone to ever do business there!!!!! Find some place better! Trust me!!!!

Jeff is an amazing musician and excellent guitar teacher. Our son has improved so much in the last 2 years. He especially enjoyed rock camp last summer and can’t wait to do it again!

I love this store! They always give you the option to try out everything and see if you like it or not. The employees are very personable and not pushy. They really act like they are passionate about music, rather than acting like they just want to sell you stuff. I suggest this for everyone - including people who arent into music, because you might find out you like it. These guys will give you a free guitar lesson when you buy one. I really like the passion that they have for music.

We went in looking for a digital piano/keyboard after reading many reviews of particular brands and model numbers online. Much to our surprise, we favored other products than what was recommended most highly on Amazon reviews. I enjoyed having the opportunity to try out multiple products, and Zach was very informative and attentive to our interests. The prices in store are also highly comparable to what we found online. A great store experience!

We love our private lessons. My son has had the same person since 4th grade ( he is 7th) and he has progressed a lot. His school band teachers also are pleased with his playing. He plays the saxophone

Amazing music store. I had a taylor guitar that needed adjusted. Spoke to Zac and he had me come in. Zac paid attention to every small detail. He was set to go to lunch at 3 but stayed over until almost 4 oclock to make sure the guitar was set up exactly as it should be for optimum playability. I live 3 hours away and was in town visiting friends. Zacks professionalism and attention to detail will be the reason I come back here for all my guitar needs. The shop also stocks some amazing taylor guitars

This was the first time Ive visited the store (and most music stores in the area as I just moved here for grad school) and my experience was great! The staff greeted me with smiles, encouraged me to play every piano, and asked if I needed help with anything almost immediately. I never write reviews but after going to Rainbow Music down by the university (which was a terrribbbble experience!), I felt a need to post a review that shows how good this place is. I will definitely be returning!
