I love this hair store!! I’ve been coming here since I was a freshman’s at GSU. Literally every time I come the staff is always helpful and I always find what I need. Also they’re very big in giving the best DISCOUNTS in all of statesboro!!!

The owner is literally a weirdo and a thief. she’s clearly trying desperately hard to make ends meet by inflating the prices and charging the wrong amount like her customers won’t notice. i shop here all the time and she had the audacity to tell me i’m banned because she charged me an amount different from what was posted on the receipt. probably wasn’t the first time. what a broke loser!

I WAS a regular at this store and the lady was sweet and always had a good experience but that changed today I noticed the lady continuously following me in the store and every time I got something the assistant had to take it from my hand and bring to the counter . I also paid $70 for some hair it the previous day and it wasn’t what I needed so I wanted take it back I was willing to exchange but they not have what I needed at all she was not willing to give my money back or work with me I had to buy $70 worth of things in store credit as a regular customer I will no longer be coming to this store

Very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady that works there was very attentive. I live in Germany and needed to stock up on supplies before returning. I had already been to two other establishments and found substandard service, like rudeness, and one young lady wouldnt get off her cellphone.This place was wonderful therefore I tried to spend more of my money there.

I had the worst experience with this store owner, he was completely disrespectful! When I first walked into the store he yelled at me asking what I needed, a disrespectful manner. He then talked to me rudely he kept watching me as if he thought I was going to steal, customer service should always come first.
