Didnt have any pairs of the same color of the display shoe

Sales people were more interested in helping girls and not helping guys. Not even a simple greeting or acknowledgement of entering the store. Lack of inventory as well.

They always have a BOGO 50% off deal going on which is really nice. They also have a wide assortment of sales at any given time. However, all these crazy markdowns and sales lead me to wonder how much any given shoe actually costs to make?

The customer service was awful. The MANAGER had a horrible attitude, she acted as if I was a huge inconvenience to her. The size I needed was not available in store. When I asked her if they came in wide she snapped back very rudely “NO THEY DONT” ( knowing that they do because I looked it up online.) Not once did she offer to order them or anything. I have been in before and had a wonderful experience, what I needed was ordered and shipped to me. However this occasion was the complete opposite!

Went to get my son a pair of school shoes and to get my granddaughter a pair for her birthday. He was in search of a specific color but not brand. We discovered some shoes were just too narrow for his feet. I wish I could remember the clerks name as she was extremely helpful. Store was extremely clean and organized. Will be back!

Omg I went here for some Nike slides and ended up leaving with 2 pair because once you buy one the other ones were half off!! They arent as expensive as other stores and I would continue shopping there! It was my first time shopping there and I loved it!!

Return a pair of shoes and YOU OWE THEM!! Return policy is AWFUL. I bought 2 pairs of shoes costing $80 and $60 with a buy one get one deal. I tried exchanging the $80 pair for a $60 pair within the same buy one get one deal. They should owe me $20 back, right? Apparently not. Apparently I owe THEM $30 for returning a pair of shoes. The manager was no help at all. He didnt even see the problem.

I went in to look for men’s shoes for a present . Staff was helpful, stock was great as I saw size 13 and 14 men’s shoes! Very nice children’s and women selections for all styles. Do not skip the “ what!!” Sale isle! If you have questions, ask as no one hard sells . I like the seating and easy to try on options.

Zero customer service. Heres some advice just because I dont dress up to shop doesnt mean I dont have money. Next time you shouldnt judge people. The older man was outside smoking when we pulled up. The little blonde girl greated us then proceeded to play with her nails. I came in to buy 3 or 4 pairs of shoes great way to loose money is to ignore people. I wear a size 5 in kids its hard to find my size. I really wanted some help but I will not beg people to do their job.

Great place, they have vans, Converse, champion etc. Easy to find shoes and nice staff greets you when you enter. The deals werent that much off ($5+) in deals. And not Alot of sizes

Wasn’t very pleased. Went to get shoes with my dad and step mom and fiancé. I asked the cashier (Jada) if they had a certain pair of shoes (I had found online) she said no I would have to go to Pooler or Savannah to find them. Okay no big deal. Until the other sales lady (who was very sweet and helpful) was helping my fiancé find his shoes. She had mentioned to him she could order his and they could get them shipped to the store. I asked her about mine and she told me yes any shoe online they could order for us. Why couldn’t jada have told me that? Really that’s not even what I’m upset about. I went to use the restroom and when I come out of the restroom Jada asked me “Did you ask to come back here?” Because the restroom is at the back of the store basically in their stockroom. But DOES NOT have an “employees only” sign. I said no...was I supposed to? And she had the worst attitude and replied umm. Yes. So at this point I walked off to find some shoes (that she didn’t even care to help with) overall I’m not satisfied with the visit. We were in store on 12/12/19.

I went to the one in statesboro today to buy my husband a pair of shoes for fathers day, upon my arrival i was greeted by lovely and friendly associate named Katherine. She helped me find what I was looking for, then seen I was still shopping and asked if i would like her to take my purchase to wait for me at the counter and took it off my hands so I could go about shopping. 👏 She was very pleasant and very helpful.when I asked for further assistance when she was busy scott the store manager approched me and asked what he could do to help which he just pulled two boxes out that i had already looked at and walked off. So after i was done and found what i wanted i walked up to the counter and Scott the store manger began to ring me up, I mentioned i would like a gift receipt for my purchase after he took my money and he said its too late ive already rung it up, so i said well can I return it so I can get my gift receipt seeing that Im purchasing this as a gift for my husband. That didnt make him happy so he did as I asked. I enjoyed my time shopping there except the parts with the store manager Scott, he was not helpful when I asked he just pulled out boxes i had already looked at for my size and he was not a pleasent person to deal with to say the least. But thank god they have Katherine and the other young woman (whom i dont know her name) because that place would loose business around days like these.

I just went into Rack Room Shoes Statesboro and was not welcomed in to the store with a greeting from any of the 3 or 4 store clerks. I commenced to look for a pair of tennis shoes, but no one ever came over to ask me if I needed any help at all. I finally found a pair of shoes, but they were on the to shelf so while the store clerks continued talking amongst themselves about someone’s dog having puppies and taking their long breaks I turned and walked out without making a purchase. They didn’t even say, “come again.” Ahead of me were two other ladies walking out also talking about the terrible lack of customer service. Very disappointed!!!

I did not find what I was looking for and the way they put their price on the product seemed a hoax. They put a price but that is not the real price, do they think we are stupid? Stupid? Wake up, who wants to buy a pair of Chinese shoes at $ 59 dollars? just because if I buy another pair they leave me the second pair in half? I went tjmax and found what I was looking for the most beautiful brand and just how I liked them. Youre welcome.
