The first time my friend came here, he said it was very nice vibe and welcoming. Tonight was very different and i refuse to spend any money in a place that now feel like they didnt want him there. Very high racist tensions. One girl was very nice and was trying to help him find what he need, but the other girl was very rude and trying to butt in the conversation he was having with the nice girl while she had two customers needing her to service them instead. Like I said.. I refuse to spend money where I feel like they dont want it.I really dont care if you will spend your money Miss Jolie. I said one person was very welcoming and the other not so much. Customer services usually is superb, but that night it wasnt.Thank you for responding, I will try again!

Really enjoy the atmosphere, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to what u tell them u are looking for and pair u with the perfect device to fit ur needs. Love the reward cards, its really what keeps me shopping there! Not too fond on the way they handle defective items, they tell u oh thats just that particular device, its really only good for about 6 months (Sourin) Had they told me that when I bought it, I would have chosen a different device that lasts longer than 6 months. Also when purchasing defective pods and u bring them back to show them there is an issue with air flow that makes vaping difficult, they tell u well if it happens again bring it back Not too happy with those 2 instances but I will continue to shop here none the less.

I havent actually bought anything from here, but I go in alot for work and the owners and staff are great, and are very insightful on all of their products.

This is by far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a vape store. Braden took his time and explained how my vape pen worked and explained the reason for the tank leakage . I had tons of questions but Sean, Braden and Jessa were very patient and set me up with a new tank, that I absolutely LOVE! I live like 40 minutes away but the drive will be well worth it. You have gained a LOYAL customer👍😊

I have tried other local vape shops and this one is by far the best. You may ask yourself, what is he basing it off of? I am basing that off of customer service coupled with the staffs product knowledge and competitive pricing. My first experience with the shop was over a phone call inquiring if they could match a competitors price on a product. They actually beat it. After going in, looking around and asking questions, I could tell that they knew what they were talking about and actually want people to enjoy their time in the store. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!Ive been to other stores in Statesboro so I decided to stop by here on a whim, and I was truly amazed. The store was very clean, the air was actually breathable. Im picky about my vape juice, I have a hard palate to please. I was allowed to try flavors until I found something I liked, other stores dont do this. I went through 12 different juices. I wasnt rushed it was a very peaceful experience. The deals though...prices are flat rate across the board, which is a beautiful thing. They even have a rewards program. Ive not seen incentives like this anywhere else. The staff are AMAZING! Passionate, friendly, professional, the staff truly cares about its customer base.While I was testing juice, this lady came in, completely inexperienced, and I listened as she was helped select a mod, batteries, and juice. The process was explained in an inescapably clear manner.Im sold. Even though this store is further than my normal store. I will be going back.

Pretty much has any ecig need and coils but they do lack on some kinds, many tanks lot of eJuice they do have a rewards punch card also different kinds of pipes, incense, ashtrays, lighters so this is like my top two favorite places the states ready to go probably my second-favorite
