None of the staff greeted me or even spoke to me upon walking in or at anytime I was in the store. I stopped in because I had time to kill and had never been able to before. I have heard from people in the area of the rude staff and man, were they sadly right. Clothes I seemed interested in were not good quality at all... And the price was that of boutique quality clothing. Very cute store with lots of neat handbags jewelry etc.... I wish that they had friendly faces to provide a better experience.

My wife bought a dress from here that was too big in the chest area. However, when she tried it on at the store, she had no idea of this. A FEW days later she goes to trade it in for something different and they don’t allow it because she took the tag off of the dress, which she was being talked down to the whole time. Usually local stores pride their selves through customer service but, this store is not one of those stores.

I walked into Cheeky with a warm welcome and big smile from Jensen. As I looked around she happily answered all of my questions, being from out of town, I had many. She was awesome ! At checkout, although she was not helping me, Madi then introduced herself as well. Being that I am a curvier woman, I found such cute outfits that were very flattering and not too risque. I found great comfort and happiness shopping at Cheeky.

Horrible customer service. The owner is very rude to not only customers but the staff as well. And they arent much better. I am shopping and can literally hear the staff talking about other staff and customers. Wont be surprised to see them out of business in a year or two. If I could give it a -8 I would, The store Owner is a snooty stuck up person, The atmosphere in the shop makes you feel like you are a thief, the employees just follow you everywhere even after you tell them you are just browsing. I picked up a shirt and the employee tried to take it out of my hand stating she will hold it for me at the register - HELLO I am not even sure I want to buy it yet. The quality of the clothes is cheap for the price marked and when you complain the owner has a whole hissy fit and tries to blacklist you. Worst boutique in all of Statesboro. Dont shop there, save yourself money

I would give this theft shop a zero if I could. I was lied to about any return when I bought my daughter a Christms gift. I specifically asked if it was returnable if it didnt work out. The male sales clerk said we can give you a gift card. I said no, if it doesnt work I would want a full cash refund. He said no problem. I made the purchase on Friday and tried to return it on Monday. Guess What?..... now the sales clerk says we dont do cash refunds. What century is this store orbiting in? With so many brick and mortar stores closing the last thing I would offer any shopper is a poor customer experience. I will never purchase anything at this store again.Reputation is something a place needs to be concerned with. There is also the Consumers Fair Act, BBB, and Attor Generals Office.

“Jensen” I reckon her name was provided the worst service imaginable. Completely airheaded and unable to fulfill the most easiest request. Kept calling the place Cheeky like it was some sort of trendy spot but it’s really just a run of the mill wannabe boutique selling fake Louis Vuitton in a strip mall in the middle of nowhere. Don’t go if you like good service or clothes that weren’t produced by amateurs in the back of some shop and avoid Jensen like the plague.

They treat you like you are a going to steal, and follow you around the whole store watching you. I love their clothes but it seems like everytime I go in they follow me around not saying a word just watching me. I’m a supervisor at a store in the mall and I dont treat my customers like they are all there to steal. I will go in with full intentions on buying things until they start to follow and watch me, i always end up leaving the store.

I went here with my daughters to buy my wife a bathing suit for Mothers Day. The employees did not make me aware of their return policy which is that you can only swap items or get a store credit. I paid them my hard earned money for an overpriced bathing suit that didnt fit my wife correctly, the tags are still on it, and they wont give our money back. I would never, ever shop there again and I will make sure that I tell every person I can about this underhanded business practice. It is not right!

Rudest customer service Ive ever experienced sadly. Please read this all before you consider shopping or working at cheeky.I went in for a group interview here yesterday and arrived about 20 minutes early just to be prepared. The entrance doors were locked as well as the doors in the mall so I decided to wait on a bench in the mall. 2 other girls interviewing showed up right behind me who also tried the front doors. Locked. We all waited and got to know each other pretty well and turns out these 2 girls had no idea that it was even a group interview.We eventually saw some workers waiting in the store so we tried to wave and get their attention. They saw us. And we were completely ignored. We went back outside to the other doors and started knocking to which we were also completely ignored. We then saw what looked like one girl being interviewed.Very confused, one of the girls with me called the store to see what was going on. At this point, it is about 20 minutes past our interview. The worker doing the interview answered and was extremely disrespectful telling us that we missed our interview and we were done. Never even came to the door! This was all over the phone as we were standing right outside.We head back to the front of the store outside and see her standing outside the door. I try to go reason with her letting her know that we were all very early. She goes off on us and tells us that we never showed to the interview and that they had been waiting on us for an hour. The one girl who did end up interviewing showed up at exactly the interview time so she was let in while we waited on a bench for 20 minutes before the interview. (We think the girl who actually interviewed was her friend) This girl who was doing the interview was literally lecturing us. We all thought this was some kind of prank since we were the ones who showed up early and were ignored.This girl would not even let us come in to the store to talk to us. She blocked the entrance with a clipboard in her hand and yelled at us outside in the heat.Please reconsider spending any money here because it is only supporting rude, entitled girls who treat others with complete disrespect. All three of us interviewing had missed our class for this. This company has extremely poor communication and a very negative work atmosphere so I would really suggest looking for other places to work.Be sure to check out cheekys Facebook page where they call out some women on videos for stealing, which is definitely wrong, but also body shame them. Completely unnecessary and it just goes to show how childish this company really is.

I have shopped here off and on for years. I am no longer a student at GSU. I recently visited Statesboro several times in the past few weeks. I bought about $70 worth last week and $40 a month ago. I was in the boro today, wearing a dress I purchased a week ago, wearing it for the first time. As I was walking to cheeky’s to shop again, my friend noticed the strap broke on my brand new dress from there. I spoke with the manager on duty and she told me since I was wearing the dress she could not do anything about it. She told me the only way she could do anything about the dress was if I came in next week with the tags and receipt. I do not have the receipt or tags, I wasn’t planning on the dress breaking and me having to return it. I told her you do realize this is very poor quality clothing and she turned and walked off. I will not be shopping there anymore. My friend will not either. Thank you

Best customer service in Statesboro! Went in looking for an outfit for a concert and 2 of the employees on staff were EXTREMELY helpful. They pulled outfits they thought would flatter me and accessorized me from head to toe, and that is hard to find in Statesboro. Wonderful cheery staff as well as affordable clothing. Rudest customer service ever coming from a so called Store Manager Morgan!!!!!! Not friendly at all, no smile, very very short, as if I wasnt suppose to be shopping there!!!!!!
