Prices are going up. Shelves are somewhat bare. But you cant blame Walmart for that. 4 stars only because (even before Covid) of the employees standing around jabbering with each other while the lines to check out are across the main isle and getting longer

This is the most disgusting Walmart Ive been in. Its trashy inside and out. I understand the shortage of employees, but I dont understand how they can let it get so unorganized and dirty.

Today was college check in. We found some good deals for my daughter.

The Pharmacy at the Supercenter is excellent. However, beyond that department is sub-par.* Unfriendly staff.* Staff is not helpful to handicapped clients.* Staff often noted hiding out and texting on personal cell phones.* Shopping cart staff does not remove trash from carts when collected.* Conversation amongst staff seems to be focused on: break time, scheduling, what the previous shift did not get done and most of all..... what time they get to go home.* If you ask a staff member for help, they seem to be very put off by it.

I went to Walmart to purchase some wood pellets for my smoker. The blond headed lady Walmart associate that waited on me was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever came across at a Walmart. She told me how long she has been working there and you could tell by how much she knew and how much she enjoyed working at Walmart. I will most definitely be going back again and I really hope she will be working that day. Walmart, you have a very valuable asset in her. Thank you for letting me share this.

It sucks. All the time. No cashiers, self check out lines are ridiculous...

Did not have much stock in. Most meat cases were empty. No cheese products, deli had no food in the hot areaI asked man in deli why were shelfs empty and lots of items missing in grocery section. No cheese but Mexican cheese. What is going on in grocery section, meat, cold or things on shelfs? Come on Walmart order grocery products timely and restock!!!

I love the prices and variety found at Walmart supercenters. The Statesboro location is not one of my favorite stores however. It is a university town so I know it will be busy with college students and their families. But this location seems to be poorly stocked and cluttered with unpacked boxes to restock the shelves virtually every time I go. Ive been to Walmarts in Athens, Valdosta and Gainesville and none of these stores had the same issues with store stock or clutter

As far as Wal Marts go, its not too bad. Definitely less ghetto/trashy than most youll go to. They should also be commended for keeping mostly stocked despite college students cleaning them out often.

Walmart has so much in 1 place that it is hard to avoid going there. Ours is typically decent clean and decent friendliness of staff. Sometimes very under-stocked, but overall it’s still the place where you can 1-stop shop. They do need to make sure they don’t go too K-Mart like and never have enough registers open!

They have a better selection than my regular Walmart but thats the only good point. You cant find anything b/c its so disorganized & no one to help you. This place is always very dirty. The lines are always so long. All the way to the dressing rooms. I didnt even wanna buy any groceries it was so disgusting. Also there were only 10 or so buggies in the cart corral. Wish I had more positive things to say but this is my experience everytime I have visited this Walmart.

My roommate and I had an order for delivery 2 days in a row! Both of which never came at all. The first night we stayed up past 12 waiting for them and it never showed. The second night, once again, it never came. No one answered the phone when we tried to call to check on why it wasn’t there yet when the status clearly said “On it’s way!”.

The middle of the afternoon probably isnt the best time to stock the shelves. And perhaps consider keeping the scooters charged. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the store layout.

Love Walmart but not a friendly place some really friendly associates lately but prior to the last visit!!! Have made me with past experience more online and other local places!! If they dont want to be kind and friendly, or at work in general than please STAY HOME!!! 🤭

Practically nothing in stock mid day on a Sunday.

Whats there to say, its Walmart. Always busy, always messy and in need of a good cleaning. I dont go in expecting much, and Im rarely disappointed.

I have never had a situation as this, but yesterday at curbside pickup, I picked up a purchased item and there were 3 different items that were supposed to be included removed from the box and the only resolution given.... $15 refunded credit which I will see returned to my account in 5 to 7 days for the items! That does not even closely cover the amount I am going to have to pay to replace the items! Called the store none of the lines were busy, and I did try them all! No answer😠

I resigned from working at this place.a vendor hired me to sell their straight talk phones and other prepaid phones. After working there for a short period of time I felt ashamed and guilty to be selling what is in my opinion a very poor product to the public.Im totally afraid that some customer of theirs will remember that Im the one that sold them the phone and not want to use my business services because of it.I cannot in good Christian conscience continue to work at this job.

The lines are really long, the longest of any Walmart Ive visited. The atmosphere is that of a warehouse with reminders of herding. The lighting is low & a feeling of dread creeps over you as you face the lines which seem unending. After leaving, I usually just feel depressed.

This place is not very handicap accessible...really not very clean and is not very easy navigating through the store pushing my daughters wheelchair and pulling a cart. Employees are not very helpful and will stand in the way.

Relatively well stocked. Not enough motorized carts for the disabled. Ive been 3 times now and twice there wasnt one available at all -- this last time, I found one and it died halfway through the store. Come on -- disabled folks need to shop, too!Please educate store associates on proper mask wearing techniques. If they have it below their nose or on their chin, they may as well not be wearing one. It puts the vulnerable at risk.

Very crowded as we did a little last minute college shopping, but Drayvon helped me find something AND retrieved it from a top shelf for me. Nice, pleasant young man!

The flooring could be better, but Georgia isnt my home state so I could just be too used how it is where I live. Other than that everything is pretty much the same. Saw a lot of employees helping customers, so thats definitely a plus.

Wow. Just wow, cannot believe a store could be run like this. 8 pm and doors are locked on left side of store, customer service is closed.. came in to return an item that was faulty and do an even exchange and couldnt do it because CS was closed.. waste of time and gas.

I like Wal Mart but we bought a air condition from there would not cool Im about to take it back then I went to get a watch charger the guy in electronics swore this was the charger I needed not even close to it Im not as impressed as I once was with Wal Mart

It has the basic stuff you need, but they never restock up on things they are sold out on. That goes from electronics to food. They never have any clothes or shoes, its always the same thing. And most importantly, theres never any clearance!

I called their number 5 times, tried to reach an associate no answer to the point the call ended. Tried electronics, no answer. Tried again and it wouldn’t even let me get to the main menu, all you could hear was the busy line which I know is false because no one would answer my phone call.

The store shelves were unorganized and many items were missing. Some shelves were bare. Ive been to many different Walmart supercenters. I was definitely not impressed with this one.

Wal-mart doesnt have anything what i need or people want cause its ridiculous what they use to have and dont have it no more i respect the walmart but i dont like what they have now.

Never have what you need. Shows in stock online then you go look for it, they dont have it. They never answer the phone

Store was great until the new store manager started. Now there are no registers open, isles are a mess, parking lot is a mess, floor is terrible, the garden center is in the parking lot for some reason. When items go out of stock, they are gone for weeks. This store is old and needs to be remodeled. I am personally a fan of 100% self checkouts, I would like to see that happen here for a faster experience.

The pickup service is very handy. I go and come within 30 minutes. Great customer service

Decent, but not the best bet during move-in. The busiest day of the year here isnt black Friday, its move in day. A word of warning.

What can I say. great location my husband and I stayed across the street at the Hampton Inn we were able to shop, and shop great place to shop.

This store is dirty! The floors are gross. The pharmacy has filthy counters! I dont want to come back to this Walmart again. Parking lot is totally filthy.

I will never purchase a ring from here ever again. I purchased a ring back at the end of July and I had to send it off to be sized. Well needless to say its now September 4th and my ring is just now being sent off. So needless to say I will not be purchasing rings from Walmart again

Not the best Walmart Ive been to. But its home now, so whatcha gonna do. Dented canned food, had a paper on my cheese in my deli sandwich plus the meat always seems old, they left out two items that costed up to $120 in a pick up order, and produce is always terrible. I gave them 2 stars, because there cashiers are usually nice and helpful.

Food was so good, great selection and friendly service.

Pretty much self pay ONLY everytime I go. Walmart aint paying me to check out my own groceries. Try Walmart pickup instead

I had to exchange a Pack of Socks, it was extremely easy and the Customer Service Representative was very nice.

I dont usually have goods reviews for Walmarts as they dont typically have the best employees, but I see this once trying to make strides in employment and cleanliness and I take notice of things like that.

Ordered my groceries online and everything was perfect. Groceries were ready on the exact time they said. The young girl that was bringing them out was so awesome. The Walmart employees need to be padded on the back for their work.

Youd think for a multibillionaire company they could hire more than 2 workers and not all half of their self-checkout machines broken😕

This is a very big Walmart and is well stocked if they would only have enough cashiers. That is my only complaint.

Prices are too high. They increased their prices for no good reason except to increase their profits. Its my understanding they blame it on covid virus, but hear their profits more than double. So I have heard.

My overall experience was better than most overcrowded areas. I usually get nervous and anxious about being in Walmart but it was bearable. I really liked the assistance of the employees. They need to learn to stock the shelves better but that may be due to not enough experienced workers.

The Statesboro Walmart is by far the worst Walmart that Ive ever shopped, always looks rough, shelves arent stocked at all and you can never find any mens jeans or clothes to fit, thats why I usually go to the Pooler Walmart

Its a lot of stopping at Walmart in the evening time since I had bad anxiety it wouldnt be very many people there since the pandemic they dont stay open 24 hours now I do not shop at Walmart. Austin now I send somebody else I dont know why Walmart Walmart dont go back to being a 24-hour store it would be great for some of us older one

Over crowded, out of stock on way too many items, and lines were very long not enough registers open, and it was really hot. I was pouring sweat it took me over an hour to get 7 items and check out.

Large store like you would expect a Walmart Supercenter to be. It was very busy the Saturday we stopped by..I was surprised to see some bare and fairly empty shelves.

Last 2 times there havent been anyChicken wings at all,frozen or fresh.

The thing that needs to be addressed i found from me and my sisters visit today, is i feel that there needs to be somebody to bring the shopping scooters back to the store. Because my sister was told she couldnt take it outside the store. I totally agree because theres countless things that could happen to them. There are people who cant bring these back in and then walk back to their cars. We are thankful you all help with mobility in store but please 🙏 have and attended worker to walk with customers to bring scooters back. We love Walmart.

Great place to shop! Everything i need can be found here but why all the checkouts when they only have a few people to work? Long lines to stand in and takes forever to get any help. I think if they hired more employees who care about a job rather than a pay check this store could be a lot better.

Location is habitually short staffed and check out is a nightmare. Never have more than 3 person manned open at a time.

Absolutely terrible. I only go here if I have no other choice. They only have a few self-checkouts working and the lines are ridiculous. You spend 20 mins waiting in line just to checkout. It’s insane. I highly recommend going anywhere else unless you have no choice.

I have just moved to Stilson Georgia and this is the Walmart that I started going to you I came in it was it’s been a few days ago now but I called and told them I was missing so many items and they said they had to do a video check on it and I still haven’t heard anything that associates that you have they are a really rude the lady that was checking me out that day I asked her if there was any more bags in the roundabout thing and she said no there wasn’t so I trusted her and when I got home I was missing several items so I haven’t heard anything and there’s never any lines open and you see all these employees walking doing nothing somebody needs to do something about this your employees seen like they hate there jobs
