The staff were very helpful with finding what I needed. This place has a lot of useful tech items, and it even has an area specifically for gaming accessories. Definitely coming back here (especially since I pass by it every class lol)

I am quite unhappy with my experience here. I paid a total of 550$ or more to have my computer fixed, when i know it’s cheaper elsewhere and they have not given me 10000% effort and help. I brought my computer in early this week to be fixed since i need it for the following week for recruitment. They promised me I’d have it by the end of the week and reiterated how the part takes 2-3 days to ship but Apple is SO GOOD it’ll take 1 DAY and i should have it fixed within an hour. Well its now Friday and they are closed on weekends and i won’t have my computer for my sorority on recruitment on Monday! I really wish i could say i was happy with my service, but i am advising to go elsewhere.

Fantastic place!!! The employees are always helpful, very informative, and I love browsing the store. They actually care about each person that walks in. I never feel like its a consumer relationship. Its more personal to me. I frequent the store about every month, and they always remember me by name.If you every have a question, these guys will point you in the right direction with no bias.

Nice little store for whenever you want something tech-related. Student workers are often polite and seem to be knowledgeable about the stuff in the store. Plenty of variety for a store that size, and prices are often competitive with other retailers, including Amazon. Ive never sent anything in for repair though, so I cant speak for that.

Great staff and a warm welcome accompanied by a wide variety of brands and products. Along with great prices making for an overall great consumer experience. The manager was especially helpful in helping me make a decision.

Love this store and how convenient it is. The staff is always incredibly helpful and even ordered an item I needed that wasnt in stock. I find products here tend to be cheaper than other stores. Its the largest tech store Ive seen on any of the Universitys Ive attended or visited and the only tech store in Statesboro [which saves me an hour trip to Savannah]. They also offer phone and computer repair with prices much cheaper than everyone else. All in all, great place!

I came to find a phone case for my iPhone 5c (I know Im old school, but it works so). They didnt have any on the floor, but one employee (cant remember her name) offered to go to the back and look in their old sale boxes to see if they could find me one and she did! The staff was all really nice, and the phone case was only $5! Love it :)

I visited the Tech Corner to purchase a new MacBook Air for class. I didnt know about the Apple sale that they had going on but everyone was so helpful and informative. The manager, I think his name is Lucas, gave me insightful information about the computer and the sale. So much in fact, that I purchased a 13 MacBook Pro! I will definitely come back for an Apple Watch as well because I had no idea that they sold them too! 10/10

I recently visited the store and having never been there before, they have so many options of different products! The staff is VERY helpful and knowledgable especially one worker, Luke. I will definetely be visiting again, as well as bringing all my friends!! 11/10

The Tech Corner is a great place to get just about any tech in Statesboro, and they can order things for you if they dont have it.

(excuse my name--its an old joke with friends) The Tech Corner employees were very helpful and helped my parents and I decide the best laptop that fit my budget and my needs. Im very uneducated on laptops and didnt really know that there was a big difference in the different Macs, but the employees helped me pick out a MacBook Pro 13 and even told me that they would be having a sale soon if I wanted to come buy one when the pre-orders started to save me money! I thought that was very nice of them. They also showed me all the cool things I could do with the laptop and even pointed out some awesome accessories for it. They really helped my first semester to be the best it could!

They seem to have both latest and quality tech with great customer service but most things are quality so not your shop for cheap items. Great corner tech shop with surprisingly more tech than a corner tech shop should have.

Anytime I have bought anything from this store the employees have been helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of products and brands to choose from, and they try to give students, faculty and staff as many deals as they can.

I have one word to describe this place....AMAZING! No, seriously. I just got back from taking my daughter to orientation at GSU and visited this place because...well...its a nerds paradise. They have laptops and backpacks and phone chargers...oh my! I ended up buying something and talking to several of the employees who were super friendly. As I made my purchase, I inadvertently dropped part of my money- $30 to be exact. I never even noticed. The next day, I went back to see if they had a screen protector for my phone and noticed the missing cash. I had no doubt that the cash was gone for good, but I made my next purchased, and left. About an hour later, my daughter texted me and let me know they had called and let her know they had my missing cash. Absolutely amazing. Every person I spoke to at that store set a new bar for nice. Without breaking out into poetry, I just cant say enough nice things. I even met with the manager, Bill, and pointed out all the people I was impressed by. Great place. I have a laptop I may even send to school with my daughter just to have them fix it. Ill go that far out of my way to give these guys my business.

Last year in January 2017 I went to the tech store to purchase a MacBook Pro. At the time Apple had come out with new models that did not include USB ports and being a college student, I felt that was still necessary so I told the staff members this and they told me they had a 2016 MacBook Pro that still included the USB port. I purchased this laptop thinking this was true and I even asked the manager at the time,Lucas, was it in fact a 2016 model and he assured me that it was. Now a year later, I have been having problems with my laptop running too slow and malfunctioning. I took it to the Apple Store to find out that THE TECH STORE DIDNT SELL ME A 2016 MODEL, THEY SOLD ME A MID-2012 MacBook Pro which isnt equipped for all the editing I do now in my career!! Not only did they rip me off, but when I contacted Lucas about the situation and he blocked me. I also have tried numerous times calling the tech store and they never answered the phone.Im a journalism major and with that being said I do a lot of editing, writing, and create video content for my job and personal work. Its hard enough for students to not get ripped off from big name electronic stores, but to have been mislead by my own schools store is an all new low. Those who purchase here be weary and triple check what youre purchasing at the tech store so you wont end up paying a ridiculous amount for an outdated computer like I did.

Sold me broken headphones and wouldnt let me return them. Receipt says no returns but in store they said they wouldnt take them because it has been two days. They were $149 in store and I just found them for $80 on Amazon after they told me that.

Great customer service. Cant complain.

Workers were rude when I asked questions and I bought a new computer from them and when I got home and opened it up or had broken hardware, when I returned and ask to exchange the defective computer they wouldnt believe that it came broken and tried to charge me extra to fix it.
