I love these cookies. They are always baked fresh and so soft and good. I drive 30 minutes away to get to these cookies. They have new seasonal cookies that I always like to try. They also deliver at certain locations. I also like the fact that they stay open late at night. On the weekends they stay open til 3am at most locations. Trust me you will not regret them.

I think its a cool idea. Cookies delivered when your high at 2am. Only catch is they close at like 11pm now, I assume due to covid. The cookies were good. But just like subway fresh from the oven good. Issue arises with price. These cookies are average size and like $3 or $4 a piece. I dont see the value honestly.

Came a 1 hr and a half to get some cookies hoping they would be open at at least 1 AM still and when we got here the store looked completely cleaned out and pitch dark. Amazed me though that the window said “WE SERVE FRESH COOKIES UNTIL 3 AM”. Was kinda blowed but also you can’t really rely on food places after 11 really anyways. Finna go to waffle house tho

When we arrived at the store there was no one in there and I looked down and someone dropped their wallet on floor. We waited a few minutes and no one came out so I just said hello, she screams from the back! I will be there in a minute, comes and as we order $32 for 18 cookies. She was rude and I made a comment on the birthday cookie, she says make sure you call ahead for that. Well sweetie, I won’t be back due to your rudeness!

First off... THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING!!! No exaggeration! And the plus to these cookies are that they are deliverable until 3AM with a minimum purchase of $6 (which I just found out which is why I finally decided to try them) Not gonna lie, they are a bit pricey but they are totally worth every penny... I ordered a box of 6 and tried different flavors. My favorites are the Double Chocolate Chunk and the Snickerdoodle- they are sooooo delicious.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. I have ordered cookies and have had cookies sent to me and every time it takes several HOURS for them to arrive. One time my dad had cookies sent to me and it took 5 hours for them to arrive. Today is another example, my big sent me cookies at 1:00 and it is now 8:30 and they have yet to arrive. Good cookies but the delivery is absolutely horrible

I had a pretty basic experience as far as customer service. The manager was conducting an interview right in the dining area which I think is a bit unprofessional I personally dont want random strangers unwillingly listening in if I were being interviewed.Anyway I got a deluxe peanut butter cookie which was delicious until I found what looked to be like a fish bone in my mouth after taking a bite.I did the emailing and calling back and forth with Insomnia customer service about the situation. they offered some free cookies and apologized and assured me they would look into it. I declined the cookie offer.Idk about you but I dont think free cookies make up for potentially choking on a sharp object that was found in a cookie that I pulled out of my mouth.The pictures of the cookie and the sharp object are there for you to be the judge.I wont be going back.

Located right at the top of the Busy part of Thayer Street, or should I say 3-4 stores up from ‘Mikes Calzones’ (I say that because I LOVE that place!!) it’s conveniently placed for people who want Milk and Cookies instead of a salad from Mikes Calzones or a pizza from...well..any of the 5 pizza places within the 1 area haha. They offer 6-8 types of ice cream, milk, chocolate milk and an array of cookies. 2 different sizes of cookies. If you get a 6 pack they come in a cool pizza type box that for some reason I always want to save and use it for something else but I never end up doing that 😆. My personal favorite is Snicker Doodle they are always very soft, and Macadamia with White chocolate chips in a it. They have a lot of other cookies also like - This is off the top of my head~ chocolate chip, chocolate chunk, red velvet, key lime, M&M, Snicker Doodle, Sugar Cookie. They also have brownies. There are more options Than that and some times they have new or special types just for that day or week.Now with that said my This place IS NOT CHEAP! You better off buying your own package of cookies or a Roll of cookie dough from Pillsbury and making your own. 6 cookies (6Pack) is $10.00!!!! That’s insanity and they aren’t THAT good for that price. Now a small 8oz Milk Of $3.45 cents. And no it doesn’t have gold flakes on it! That’s more than a Gallon of 2% or Almond Milk. I haven’t tried the ice cream cause I’m afraid to ask how much it is.im really not to sure how they came up with these prices but people seem to pay them. They offer a delivery service also which....No, just no haha. The large size cookies for one are close to 3$ and the regular size like in my photos are close to 2$. You can buy a roll of Pillsbury Dough for 3.99 and get 24 cookies out of it for a comparison and they are good. Now these cookies are very good but again they aren’t worth the pricing. If it were 8 cookies for 10$ then I’d feel much better about buying them and stuffing them down my throat. But buying them at there prices and stuffing them down my throat gives me a strong feeling of regret and feeling sorry by the time I’m done lol. Employees are always really nice, they are open till 2am also. But for the money maybe try Providence Donuts first (PVD). Gourmet Donuts you say!?!? Yes please and they are one of a kind and absolutely amazing! See my review for them also.So all in all if you don’t mind the price then try them you won’t regret it. But if your looking for somewhat of a better deal then try a local bakery or make them yourselves! You won’t feel terrible about eating them all either!!

First time trying it and it was tasty! They warmed both cookies and put icecream in the middle, but because of this the bottom one turned rock hard. The top cookie was very good though.

My first time dropping in. I got a variety. They were very good. I liked the fact that they were concerned about keeping everyone safe from the virus. They had safety precautions in place and had everyone following them. They are one of the few places in Statesboro who does this.

Pretty expensive for average cookies, though there is a lot more variety to it than just your everyday cookies. Staff doesnt really care about customers, I stood there for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, but Ill try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy or something... even though I was the only customer in there. I dont see much of a point in going here again, but I think everyone should try this place at least once.

I love Insomnia Cookies, and have been faithful to this chain since I was in high school! However, that Casey girl who works behind the counter is a complete NIGHTMARE. She was incredibly rude and clearly does not want to be there. She undercooks the cookies and then acts as though youre the one in the wrong once mentioning it! Honestly, not sure how she still works here.

I only delivered there today Im not a sweets type of person but the place was clean as a whistle, the aroma of their tempting sweets, makes your mouth water, and the staff from employees to management all had great attitudes. This is definitely a place to visit or order from. I Appreciate the help and laughs especially all of us having to work on superbowl sunday

While the cookies are always great, the customer service when physically going to the store is always absent. The employees are usually never to be seen and when they are it’s painfully obvious that walking in is a major disturbance to them as they act as if you’ve interrupted them and the girl I was greeted with today very much so wanted to get in and out as quickly and unfriendly as possible. She had a lot of attitude and generally seemed upset that I was even in the store. This isn’t my first time having a bad experience with this store but it will be my last as having my order hurried isn’t worth $10 for six cookies. Maybe ordering online is the way to go here but I can safely say ordering in person really sucks.

I really love this place! The cookies are always exceptional and the atmosphere is almost always welcoming unless that Casey girl is there. She always has an attitude and throws cookies in the box and doesn’t want to give replacement when she breaks them. I don’t understand why she still has a job there.DON’T PAY FOR BROKEN COOKIES!

I ordered a simple two cookie and milk special for delivery. About 15 minutes after I placed my order, I got a call from an employee letting me know that the driver was having some car issues but would be on their way in the next fifteen minutes. She apologized and assured me that they would provide something extra for my trouble. The driver showed up with great urgency and apologized for my wait, letting me know that they gave me something to compensate for my wait. Insomnia Cookies didnt just double my order, they TRIPLED it. They gave me six cookies and three containers of milk!! They obviously care a lot about their customers, and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of any inconveniences. Oh, and the cookies were delicious.

I ordered cookies at 1:40 AM.At 2:40 AM, I contacted Customer Service to find out why they had not yet arrived. The cookie tracker said baking. It still says baking by the way. I was contacted almost immediately by Customer Service, who told me that the order hadnt been sent out, and that it would shortly be on its way.At 3:40 AM, I contacted Customer Service again to find out what exactly was going on, since at this point I had waited up for the cookies to arrive since I was assured I would receive the order.At 9:10 AM, I was emailed by a different Customer Service agent who explained that my order was never even received by the store. They informed me that as an apology they would be sending me a refund. No other attempt at recovering the situation was made.The only way this could have been handled more poorly is if the company had refused to send me a refund. This was literally the worst performance they could have managed. Not only did I not get my order, but they wasted my time.

Yes the cookies are run of the mill, and not the same as grandma used to make, but what is these days?They are average priced to a bit expensive, not an everyday thing. There are better options close, yes, but the hours of operation make them more attractive. Whole Foods has better cookies, but if you suddenly want cookies at 11:30pm, you have Insomnia, or a few hours of prep, baking, and waiting.Although, the s’mores cookie is excellent.

Me and my co workers ordered 50 dollars worth of cookies. We patiently waited 2.5 hours and there was no delivery. I called the call center and the representative informed us that our order had been cancelled. No notification what so ever. No phone number to call the store available. Poorly run establishment. Do not order from this company unless of course you like disappointment.

I was looking forward to an afternoon cookie after a rough day, but this experience only left me wanting something else. The store looked completely empty when I came in, but two employees eventually came to the register. The cookies were warm, but grossly underbaked and extremely doughy. I couldnt even take the cookie out of the paper sleeve because the soft dough was falling apart. Very disappointed.

The cookies taste fine, but seriously no better than the Pillsbury / Toll House kind you can bake at home. Theyre clearly not even using real butter because they taste quite oily, which is a real shame considering how expensive they are. For these prices, Id expect better ingredients. And while I suppose their gimmick is that the cookies are served hot, theyre actually so hot that they completely fall apart if you try to eat them by hand.

Ice cream tastes sour cookie was alright cost to much

Order was delivered over an hour after placing it. The cookie tracker said my cookies had already arrived but they hadn’t. I called the store and they said that the driver should arrive shortly. Driver still didnt show up for another 10 minutes. The cookies were delicious but the ice cream for the cookiewiches was melted :/

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 18 cookies and waited over 30 minutes while the cashier served TEN other people. She then walked over to me and asked if I was waiting on something. Um, yeah. She then said she lost my order slip and had me write everything down again and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get the order. So not only was the wait time ridiculous, they lost my order slip and forgot about me while I was sitting right there. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Go to Walmart and buy cookies there. Save your money.

Insomnia cookies is a very appropriate name. There I was, 11 oclock in the evening studying for a massive marketing exam the next day. I knew I would be up all night into the wee hours of the morning. I thought to myself, what better way to get through this than to order some chocolate chip cookies to nibble on. I try to place my order and apparently I am out of range. I am located at providence college which is 10 minutes from the location. I call the headquarters to ask if there is any way they could assist me in my problem. I was greeted by a nice woman first who said she would help me and then my call was disconnected. I call back and get a very rude woman who apparently had no sympathy for my situation. Not only am I now cookieless, but my attitude has been obliterated due to how I was treated. my only question is, what kind of business does not deliver to a campus with just under 4,000 students. How does that seem like a model for success? being up all night seemed like a very small issue compared to how I was treated by this establishment. Get it together insomnia, your cookies arent that great anyway... or so Ive heard. not that I would know

Charged for an order I never recieved. Ordered a full hour before closing, and my delivery address was 11 minutes away. They did not attempt to contact me, but they updated my order from Out for delivery to Baking after they closed. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Insomnia Cookies is a prime example of when the digital age of communications is an inconvenience. What an absolute headache this places to get delivery from.I placed an order online, and click delivery for a midnight delivery. For some odd reason, the browser, defaulted to pick up, which I was unable to do, hence why I wanted to delivery.I look for a quick local number to call, to change my order from pick up to delivery, only to find out all they have is a 877 call center, similar when you call into technical support for a computer problem.When I call to change my order, the woman had to ask me 3 questions to find my order, which took her a total about 10 minutes. She didnt told me the only way I could get my food, was the cancel the order, and reorder the order for delivery. Given how hard their website was to navigate, and the fact that its screwed up on me the first time, I simply wasnt going to do that again.I asked the woman if she give me confirmation that the order was canceled, and she told me to check my email. I waited for about 30 minutes, and never received an Ethan notification saying the order was canceled.I then had to call the customer service number again, to try to find out what the status was on my cancellation. I waited even longer this time to get through to an agent, and got an agent who was completely disrespectful to me during the process. During the phone call, she said I would have to email them to be able to find out where this cancellation was confirmed, but wouldnt find out for 24 to 48 hours, where the order had been officially cancelled or not. I have to go look at my order in the system, and she also had trouble finding it, taking your good Solid 5 minutes to find my order, and have an answer the same three questions again to find it.It should not be this difficult (or spend time on the phone with cookie tech support) to order a cookie with ice cream on it for $8, to be delivered less than half a mile down the road. Not having a local number to call to make quick changes like that, is such a massive inconvenience, and very annoying.Will not order again. Yikes.

Placed an order at 11:30pm. After waiting for an hr I called and they told me they delievered. However, I didnt recieve anything. I didnt even get a call. Customer service was polite and said that they were going to redeliver. 30 min later I still dont get anything. When we called they said the driver was actually on the way. My fiance is waiting outside for a long while.. Still nothing. We call again but this time to cancel that order bc almost 2.5 hrs of waiting?! They tell me that they delivered part of the order just forgot the ice cream. Yet we havent got any of the order. Then we are told that the driver turned back on his way here to get the ice cream which is why he was delayed.. Okay? I do appreciate customer service they were patient. We got refunded.. But to the bakery.. why cant you call? I get stuff happens but you have to communicate with customers. Frustrating and confusing.

It was pretty convenient, I had some spicy wings from wings providence or whatever the name is. I needed something to remove that burning sensation from my mouth. Upon arriving I felt claustrophobic. There were only about 4 chairs and the emloyees in the back were extremely rowdy. The cookies were okay, not worth the price tag, you can get a pack of cookies for that. I purchased an ice cream which was also over priced. It tasted pretty good with the cookie in it though. I was turning up eating because they were playing 21 savage in there, I dont know how they think playing trap at a public establishment at a white neighborhood will attract business but, whatever floats their boat. Ill deff be coming again when I feel like blowing money on over priced food! :)

Placed an order at 8:30 to be delivered by 9:30. Called at 9:45 and they said it would be here in 15 minutes. Called again at 10:00 and they said the driver was on his way and we are less than 5 minutes away. Cookies finally came at 10:15. Unacceptable and disappointing.

I used to eat here all the time but I’ve lost all respect for this place. There are 2 particular employees who make it obvious that they don’t care about their jobs or customers and judging by the uniforms, they seem to be shift managers. Absolutely ridiculous.
