My aunt and I visited Kay in Statesboro mall to have my rings inspected and cleaned/polished. Kuddos to our jewelry consultant, Kennijah! He was courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. In fact he serviced my jewelry so beautifully that my aunt decided to have hers cleaned/polished as well!

I have been there several times for multiple things and every time the employees have been amazing and very helpful. The employees are always super welcoming and really work with you and your budget in order to get you the most for your money! I cant imagine shopping for jewelry anywhere else!

Great experience! Customer service was excellent and had a large selection on hand. Most importantly, Anna-Marie did not pressure us to shop outside of our budget!

We purchased the Forever us diamond ring and matching band. We were also sold the insurance against our wishes. The insurance to be kept active requires you have the rings checked every six months. We went in sat afternoon to have them checked and cleaned. Since it had been five months not six she refused to check them. We explained we are from out of town and she still refused and almost would not even clean them after my husband asked three times. Her cleaning consisted of her dipping the rings in the solution once and then giving them back. I could have done that at home. When you pay $8000 for a set of rings you expect a certain level of service, but apparently unless you are buying something you are not worthy of her time, and since she did not sell us the set she didnt care at all. I wish it was still in the window to return them, even though I love them, I would go to a place who offer service after the sale.

I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers. It was my first time shopping. My diamontologist was Ron Washington and he was a joy n comfort, also very knowledgeable, n helpful. I will be returning.

Oh Im so relieved to know there was incredibly horrible miscommunication. The new manager we thought was at this location isnt a manager at all! Oh my heart is so freaking happy!!!!

The staff at the Statesboro Georgia Kay Jewelers are incompetent idiots. I will never let them touch or repair my jewelry again. There is no excuse for their horrible customer service and terrible repair. I brought my necklace to another jeweler and they fixed it right away. Kay Jewelers you should be ashamed of this branch of yours!

Do NOT get your jewerly repaired or fitted here, you will regret it.
